The room was spacious, clean and the kitchen facilities were probably the best I've ever had in all my worldwide travels. Check in was perfect, they managed to give us our room a coupleof hours earlier than stated. Carmen, on reception, was very friendly and explained thoroughly to us how all the doors and Internet worked etc , plus directions to the nearest supermarket and route into town, etc The grounds and swimming pool are so lovely and well kept......I'm planning to go again....well done

I had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay. Vinicius was kind, polite, friendly, and always happy to help. There was also another member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn't get. She had mousy blonde hair and was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel. The hotel and my room were spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable, and the temperature was well maintained. The location is excellent, only a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. I was initially worried that the hotel being on a slight slope would be an issue, but it really wasn't. The sloped section itself takes less than a minute to walk, even when coming back from the beach. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the Wi-Fi, which was very poor in my room. I had to rely on my mobile data, and with most TV channels being in Portuguese, I had limited entertainment when relaxing. There is also a nearby bar that sometimes plays music until around 1–1:30 a.m., but it wasn't rowdy and never felt excessive. The breakfast buffet was okay and good value for money (12.50 euros), and I'm looking forward to seeing the new bar once it's finished. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return and would reccommend to others.
