"The room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. The refrigerator has a small freezer in it ,which was a special treat. The air conditioner was quiet ,which not always a given. There is also a chair/recliner in the room. The bathroom is large and shower great. There is ample parking with various access doors close to hotel which was great for us as we had lots of luggage. There is also a chair/recliner in the room. They were working on the spa but might be fixed by time you get there. Tips... the door handle to the room is a lift UP not press down and the ice machine is on the 5th flr. The people who work there are very friendly and exceedingly helpful. James went out of his way to help us with a couple questions. We didn't eat the breakfast because we are late sleepers so I cannot report on this. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Mesa. "

"I absolutely love casita Lilac, it is so clean cosy, and the owner has it stocked with everything you could need. The cowboy pool was so cute and inviting but unfortunately it rained almost the entire stay, but again the owner had a basket with warm blankets for just chilling on the couch while it rained. This was by far the bed away from home stay I have ever had. I would definitely recommend it"

"Cute, newly remodeled, great parking!!Just to let those who are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a subdivided home with other rentals in the same home so there was noise from the other tenants. It wasn’t a problem for us because we used the fans provided at night which covered up any noise. Also we did have a few roaches in the home but the host was quick to respond and come spray. The beds were very comfortable "
