"Great stop about half way from la to Reno. Lots of hot water."

"When I arrived an hour past check in my room wasn’t ready, and when I had asked for another room that was ready after 12 hour drive from up North, I was greeted with no apologies or reason why my room wasn’t ready and gave me a hard time to get another room, eventually after what seemed multiple minutes over the gentleman finally moved me into a room that was ready. I called ahead of check-in to assure my room was ready upon arrival given my lengthy travel, I was assured it would be by 4pm, in all I was able to get rest, the room they had me in was no where near or close to the room I reserved nor was I given an apology or acknowledgment on their lack of being ready on time. I slept okay, the room was clean, bed was so so. It was great location for being in my area of travel, staff could have been more friendly and helpful. "

"for a last minute room it was decent had a couple dead bugs at the door and a bit of a smell but besides that a decent room "

"It was great! Loved the option to have a king bed with a bunk room. Worked well for our group"

"Nice motel. Clean and very nice staff. Breakfast was typical buffet, but they did keep it very clean which I appreciated. There was some road noise, but the location was good. The beds were nice and the water pressure was nice too."

"Almost every thing is good except that the shower drain on the floor is very slow, it need to be unclogged. And here’s another one, we heard people doing something next room and it woke us up otherwise the place is in quiet area area away from the main rood. "

"No. Staff wasnt on site. Remote support was not available. Check in took nearly an hour. Nobody was on site to provide towels, etc. Never was avle to use any amenities until breakfast. At which time the staff served soured milk that was recycled from previous days. What wasnt used from smaller containers was poured back into a larger container and then repoured into smaller containers again for the bext day. This was demonstrated to us by the staff. They had been instructed to do this with the milk. This is a horrible breach of food safety protocol. The health dept would shut them down if they knew! "

"Parking was convenient, the door would not open with the key, you had to turn the knob twice until is would unlock. The maintenance person said it needed a new battery "
