"Sublime Villas was exactly what we expected from when booking. It offered a quiet and relaxing way to end our vacation in a small village with restaurants, stores and beaches all within walking distance. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with activity suggestions. Everything you could need for cooking was available as well. What a wonderful place to stay!!"
"We loved the quiet location - it was so peaceful! The villa itself was absolutely beautiful and we were lucky enough to have our own private pool. The staff and service were fantastic - nothing was too much for them. "
"Well maintained and very courteous staff who were helpful.
Pool was clean and felt private.
Will go again if going to Santorini.
Food was reasonably good too. "
"Our stay was a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. It was really nice with view of the caldera. It wasn’t too close but view was still beautiful. The apartment contact person was very helpful and assisted us a couple of times in getting Uber for us. "
"This was a quaint and quiet hotel to just be able to relax at without the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful!"
"Lovely staff, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The location was lovely, away from the main towns of Oia and Thira, but beautiful sunset and very quiet. The hotel food was limited but delicious. I couldn’t recommend staying here more if you visit Santorini, but would recommend a car. "
"Fantastic property, gorgeous views and close proximity to the town restaurant and mini super market.
George handles the reception and communication, he is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful gentleman.
Will visit again for sure."

"Where do I even begin? These incredible people went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Even before our arrival, they reached out to arrange our airport pickup. They were there right on time, welcoming us with warmth and taking the time to share everything from the must see local sights to the bus routes and schedules. They even offer a complimentary shuttle to the nearby village. And surprised us with a beautiful bouquet of balloons and wine for my daughter’s birthday.
Throughout our stay, they were always attentive, anticipating our needs before we even asked. The food? Absolutely outstanding..fresh, local, and truly the best we’ve ever had. The rooms and views are nothing short of breathtaking..honestly, the best on the entire island.
But what truly sets this place apart is the people. You’re not treated like just another guest, you’re welcomed like family. From Lia, Evelyn, Dimitri, Vaggelis to the owner himself and the amazing kitchen team, to every single person who works behind the scenes, each one played a part in making our stay unforgettable.
And then there’s Isabelle… our ‘island mom’ She’s the heart of the place making everyone laugh, lifting spirits, and caring for you like you’re one of her own. She has a heart as big as her smile.
I simply can’t say enough about this place and its people. Thank you beyond words for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. We will absolutely be back. Lots of love from Canada ♥️"
"We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful hotel staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Every morning we had breakfast on our balcony looking over the beautiful caldera. It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset from our own balcony too! We loved the private and intimate atmosphere of this hotel.
We would definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Santorini.
Thank you for making our anniversary trip so memorable! "
"Loved it! Very nice location, away from all the crowds, but only a short scenic drive from Fira and Oia. Very nicely done suites that looked relatively new. The only reason I gave it a 4 star on the amenities was due to the lack of a gym, but not a deal breaker for us.
Great staff!!!
Tim at the front desk was amazing! He provided us with great suggestions of what to do and took care of the reservations for an amazing 5 hour cruise that included one of the most beautiful sunsets we saw in Santorini.
Nikos at the bar/restaurant was also amazing, always making sure we had a great breakfast experience all 6 days we were there."
"The breakfast was filling enough to give you a good start to the day. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of clothing storage and the bathroom was simple and clean. We had a patio with chairs, TV, hairdryer. It would have been nice to have a kettle. Eileen was very welcoming and polite. We were late arriving - past 1am in the morning but we were still welcomed with enthusiasm. We would book this hotel again. The buses are only EUR2 to Fira and run every half hour. Akrotiri is a very quiet town with one main road, it's a real escape from the busier towns but has its own charm."
