Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, mit Blick auf die Caldera. Besonders sind die Zimmer mit eigenem Pool. Außerdem gibt es noch Pools, die für alle zugänglich sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gab bei uns ein paar Mängel, wie kaputte Türklinken oder klemmende Toilettenspülung, was aber vermutlich daran liegt, dass wir am Ende der Saison dort waren. Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es auf jeden Fall beim Frühstück. Das Buffet ist wirklich minimal und bietet kaum Auswahl. Habe wirklich selten ein so schlechtes Frühstücksbuffet erlebt - und ich bin eigentlich nicht anspruchsvoll. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber sämtliches Personal, das immer versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hôtel très bien situé en bordure de la Caldeira. Les chambres sont propres, la salle de bains mériterait un coup de jeune. Possibilité de parking tres appréciable. Le point négatif est le choix au pdj très limité, sans reassort et de piètre qualité. La vue est magnifique.

We wanted peaceful and relaxing and thats exactly what we got. Staff were amazing in reception for excursions, hire cars and recommendations. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff also amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more. A very memorable holiday and will definitely book again next year. A holiday dream in our opinion. They know what they are doing and doing it perfectly. Couldn't recommend them enough. Five stars 🌟

First and foremost, great staff that also helped us book and secure our transportation from Santorini to Mykonos via ferry (SEAJETS) with our rental vehicle. Loved being a bit secluded and private at this property that has some of the most magnificent views and pool. Highly recommend, especially if you are like me and want to have your own transportation. Everything is easy to get to on the island, but you aren’t going anywhere fast.

The only positive about this hotel is the rooms. The views are spectacular and they are clean. However I would strongly recommend that does not sway you to book here The quality of food and drinks are terrible. Few examples - no coffee in the bar/restaurant for 2 days because they ran out of coffee beans (why not pop to a shop?!?) The atmosphere in the bar restaurant is shocking - no effort to create ambience and the worst music Reception is dated Food is another level of awful. Had a rock hard pizza that was clearly slow cooked but caked in raw flour. Breakfast was an all time low. Hot selection was freezing cold whether you go early or late Music was loud euro trash I would like to give a few tips - put a few candles on the tables in the bar at night Set up breakfast tables Serve food hot Encourage your team to be proud of what they are doing so service is done without what seemed to be embarrassment for the what they were giving so rarely a smile NEVER book a car or trip or any service through hotel they charge triple The hotel is clearly trying to make money at the expense of quality - 1 pillow per person in the rooms so clearly saving on laundry. No cover over the duvet Very basic breakfast ingredients What an absolute shame. DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish someone had warned me

Angelo and staff were amazing! Our SeaJet ferry was cancelled last minute due to the weather and he took care of us! We ended up at the beach with complimentary beach sunbeds until our flight we just booked!! Our view and the hotel was splendid and we had a wonderful time! Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, war das super freundliche Personal. Sehr ruhige Lage. Es konnten sehr schöne Sonnenaufgänge sowie Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse am Pool und Restaurant bewundert werden. Speiseauswahl und auch die Qualität im Restaurant waren hervorragend und sehr lecker! Wir wurden dort in allen Bereichen sehr verwöhnt! Die Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Man sollte wissen, dass das Wasser beim duschen und Zähne putzen etwas salzig schmeckt. Dies wird aber auch beim Bezug des Zimmers erklärt. Der Pool am Zimmer wurde täglich von einem Mitarbeiter gereinigt. Es war rundherum ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub!

My stay was lovely. The room I stayed in could use a fresh coat of paint. The hotel area is breathtaking. Staff was very polite and helpful. The mountain view is beautiful. The sunrise was absolutely heavely to watch each morning. There's a nice little restaurant 1 minute away. The food was great. Overall, there were no issues. I'd stay there again in the future.

The hotel has amazing views, a well-maintained property, friendly staff, and an excellent free breakfast with a nice variety. The only downside was that I didn’t receive the exact room I booked the view was different. When I called the front desk, the lady explained it was the same room type but that I could speak to the manager in the morning if another room was available. Since I was already unpacked, I chose to stay, but no one followed up to check if I was comfortable. Despite this, I had a wonderful stay overall and would recommend the hotel to others visiting Santorini.
