"Good location for access to old town and the harbour front. Small hotel not equipped as expected. Breakfast nice but repetitive and slow, we had 5 days and on the 5th went out for breakfast as we had had enough. No bar, restaurant closes about 1/2 pm. There was 6 in our group and not enough room to sit at the pool. No access to drink at the pool. Need to take your own drinks and music. Massive building project right in front of the hotel. Maybe another year before that’s finished. Hotel was clean and rooms nice. Staff nice but not very understanding when asking for advice, taxis beaches."

"I don’t typically leave reviews about hotels I’ve stayed at, but this one deserves it. The hotel is beautiful, right on the water, and just minutes from downtown. But what was most impressive was the staff. They were so kind and went out of their way to make sure your stay is as fantastic as possible. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location; just a 7-minute walk to Old Town. A little culture shock when we got there, as there were tons of smokers right outside of the hotel — it shares the location with a bus stop. The property is clean, staff is helpful, AC works great. Shampoo, etc, could use a revamp, and the bathroom could use more light. Breakfast was nice. We only spent one night and do recommend the stay."

"This was a pleasant stay and unique location right inside the palace walls. The staff were helpful depending on who was at the front desk. Some girls were nicer and more accommodating with information than others. The breakfast buffet was over the top!!"
