"Our experience at The Lodge was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with exceptional warmth and friendliness. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and decorated with excellent taste. The beds are incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the lake. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable: close enough to everything, yet offering the perfect peace and quiet to disconnect. The hotel's services are meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner. Without a doubt, this has become our go-to place whenever we visit Lake Chelan. Highly recommended!"

"Bed linens were disgusting with stains and hair throughout. We slept on top of the covers because of this. There garbage from appeared to be upgrades outside the facilities. Staff was under trained and seemed overwhelmed and possibly inebriated. All in all probably not going to be a place that I will stay again."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home with their warm and attentive service. The room was cozy, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the river and Washington mountains waking up to that scenery every morning was truly unforgettable. The location is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature, with great hiking trails right at your doorstep. After a long day outdoors, relaxing in the wellness area was pure bliss. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
