"Great amenities and ambience! Everything was perfect during our stay. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, from the security staff on the LG and 3rd Floor parking levels, to the reception team at check-in and the restaurant staff. We truly appreciated their excellent service. However, our experience at check-out was unfortunately different. One of the reception staff was quite rude and unfriendly when we approached her to confirm something regarding our check-out. She never smiled and her manner of dealing with us did not reflect good customer service. We were disappointed, especially after experiencing such warm and friendly service from everyone else. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities and ambience. We hope the management can look into this and provide appropriate customer service training to ensure that every guest receives the same warm and respectful treatment."

"My stay at The Peninsula Manila was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel combines timeless elegance with outstanding service, making every moment feel special. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the facilities were impeccable, and it was the perfect place to relax after exploring Manila. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Dennis, who kindly helped with my luggage. His friendly demeanour and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed and made such a positive impression. It's thoughtful people like Dennis who turn a wonderful hotel into an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend The Peninsula Manila to anyone visiting the city and would gladly stay here again."

"The staff are so helpful in this hotel. Top Notch service. Better than other hotels that charge twice the price. The breakfast buffet is great and worth adding to your booking. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom. I booked an executive suite or Director’s suite. The toilet is separate room from the shower but that wasn’t a big deal. The flushing mechanism isn’t a 1 push button. You have to push as long as possible or your poop won’t flush all the way. I think it was meant to be a motion detector flush but that wasn’t working. My thumb got a work out after staying there for 2 nights. You’ll miss the lever mechanism of flushing. I’ll avoid that room next time."
