"Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. "The location and home were perfect. We caught fish off the dock, swam in the water, kayaked, and just relaxed. The home had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. My kids are already asking when we can go back! It was a great weekend and I too hope to return soon!"

"We were very comfortable in the house it was clean and very well stocked. The boys stayed in the garage apartment it was a little warm thank goodness for cooler weather, not sure it would have been comfortable in the heat of summer. The rest of the house was great. Plenty of space and bedding. Neighbor dogs were kind of a nuisance, friendly but still running around. We had a lovely time. "

"Our family and friends have been planning our stay for the eclipse viewing for over a year. We stayed at the wonderful Cabin on the Creek about 45 minutes from Waco, where we planned to view. It was a perfect relaxation spot that was just a short drive away from our eclipse viewing spot. Very private, very clean, everything provided for family meals. We highly recommend it."
