"We loved the condo! The large balcony is perpendicular to the ocean, so it doesn’t actually “face” it, but the condos are the closest units to the beach and we had a wonderful view of the sunrise, beach, and ocean! The hosts are incredibly accommodating, providing a couple of nice beach chairs and a shade, plus flip flops and beach towels. Really a step above most places we’ve stayed! The beds were comfy, the living area as well. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. I highly recommend the Happy Turtle and hope to get back to Mexico Beach soon to stay there again!"

"The view was great. Virtually on the beach. The sunsets were spectacular. Mexico Beach has recovered from Michael. It’s still the best kept secret on the Emerald Coast. The condo was very nice. It was well equipped. The pictures in the VRBO ad were very accurate. The only thing needing improvement were the mattresses. Otherwise, the location is very good. "
