This beautiful condo called "Best Day" by Vacation Mexico Beach is located directly across the street from the Gulf and features beautiful 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll enjoy sunrise to the east and sunset to the west from your balcony, living room, or while laying in bed! Guaranteed to give you the Best Day, Best Week for your vacation! Nothing blocks your gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and this property has all the amenities you need to say "Ooh-La-La!"

At Vacation Mexico Beach we go the extra mile for our guests because we know what we like and that's what we give you.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit features a luxurious master suite with a King bed, a sunken tub and walk-in shower, a Queen bed in the second bedroom with en suite bathroom and at third bedroom with two twin beds. Perfect for a family or a group of friends! Fully equipped with "chef's kitchen" and high quality furnishings, this condo will create memories for a lifetime.

We rented vacation homes for years before buying and we know what renters want - clean, new and comfortable! That's what you'll get at Best Day. We provide every convenience in our kitchen - a regular coffee pot, Keurig and a French Press. Every cook's gadget you can think of. And yes, we have two bicycles for your use right downstairs.

The pool and hot tub area overlook the Gulf and the condo building is beautifully maintained. The outdoor shower makes it easy to keep sand outside as you come back from the beach and two large smoker grills are located on the main parking level.

Summerhouse is located in the heart of Mexico Beach (between the Driftwood Inn and The Vue) with a bike path right out front. Parents will love the city's playground and tennis court located right around the corner.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is gorgeous. It has everything you need down to beach towels and chairs. The location is excellent. We loved walking to Mango Marley’s for dinner and Caribbean Coffee for our morning cup of Joe. Mexico Beach has the prettiest beaches; white sand and the friendliest people. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Beautiful Condo and Location

This was our second time staying at Best Day and it was as perfect as the first time. The owners have all necessities (and extras) covered. One of the first things my daughter commented was how nice the furnishings were. Owners are very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. We hope to stay there again in the future! Love it!!!

Great Place to stay

The condo is very nice with spacious rooms and nice furniture. Lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico and the water's edge. Convenient to good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I recommend the Shipwreck Raw Bar on the Beach and Provisions in Port Ste. Joe. The move-in carts provided were a great help in getting everything moved up to and down from the fourth floor in one trip.

Fantastic condo in Mexico Beach

We had a wonderful Spring Break at Best Day at Summerhouse. The location was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. April was an awesome host and helped us out with everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

It’s a beautiful condo with the perfect view being on the top floor and directly across from the beach access. Included are all the things to enjoy the beach and/or staying in. We wanted for nothing. Would love to stay there again.

We absolutely loved the condo and being so close to the shops and Shell Shack! The kids loved riding the bikes, and the adults liked that we had an umbrella and chairs waiting on us at the beach! The sauna was amazing!

Best Day was Amazing

Best Day at Summer House was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, convenient, welcoming, comfortable with all the amenities you could imagine and then some. We had a great view of the ocean, the walk to beach was nice and easy, the parking garage we clean an easy to get in and out of. I cannot say enough good things about thi property. If you are looking for a beach vacation but hate the crowds, check this place out. I will definitely book with these folks again.

Perfect stay with everything you need for your “Best Day”!

Best Day was the perfect get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine to celebrate. The condo was very nice with all the amenities you need. Plenty of beach gear provided making it easy to “arrive as you are”. The condo stayed nice and cool for in between lounging on the beach which is just across street with a wonderful view. We will definitely be back and thank you so much for welcoming us on our first trip to Mexico Beach!

Really nice beach condo!

My husband and I stayed a few days at Best Day. We had a great, relaxing time. The condo has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is completely stocked with nice appliances, kitchen tools, coffee makers (Keurig and regular) and all utensils needed. The condo is very clean, and very pretty. It has a huge balcony with nice furniture and a great beach view. The walk to the beach takes less than five minutes. Very short walk. The beach itself is beautiful and super clean. The owners of this unit were helpful and very responsive. It was the perfect stay!

Great Beach Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Best Day at Summerhouse Condos. Condo was clean and comfortable. Well maintained property. Kitchen is very well stocked. We easily prepared and cooked meals, and made use of the grill downstairs (there are 2). Loved the ease of the elevator without having to climb stairs. Short walk across the road to beach. Huge balcony with great beach views. Felt great to cool down in the pool. Covered parking for one vehicle and an area in the garage to store your fishing/beach equipment. Short walk (5 minutes) to ice cream and coffee shops. April is a wonderful host and communication is great. You will have a Best Day here. Would love to return.

This condo is stocked! My bestie and I have rented many homes/condos and this was by far the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! Sometimes you feel like you have to bring your entire house with you and a car full of beach gear…not here! Floats, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets/pillows, trash bags, laundry pods, the list goes on and on. I felt like we were actually sharing a friend’s home! The owner’s were SO RESPONSIVE! You could tell they were genuinely happy to have you share their place! Decorated beautifully, cared for impeccably, such a wonderful time at the beach largely because of this condo! Thanks Best Day for giving us our best days at the beach!
