Fiesta Americana Reforma
Amazing customer service. Everyone is courteous and service is prompt. The room was clean but dated, tub/shower was very uncomfortable.

ULIV Mexico City
The location is perfect; the neighborhood has many places to eat, drink, or have fun, all within easy walking distance. I originally wanted to stay at ULIV Mexico City, but I ended up staying a few days at ULIV Cibeles (just a few meters away), but both options are great.
