    Other Notable Points
We want your stay to be perfect, so please review the following points before making your reservation:

City life and noise: The apartment is located in one of the city’s most vibrant and trendy areas. Since it’s on the ground floor with windows facing the street, you may hear normal city noises, such as traffic or pedestrians, both day and night. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend taking this into consideration.

Strict visitor policy: For building security and community regulations, visitors of any kind are not permitted. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed access to the apartment. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Parking: The accommodation does not have its own parking space. If you’re travelling by car, you’ll need to park on the street using the area’s parking metres or leave it at one of the paid car parks available a few streets away.

Classic Building: Please note that access is via stairs, and we are located on the ground floor. There is no lift, so please keep this in mind if you are travelling with very heavy luggage or have limited mobility.
