Overall the best stay I’ve had in Mexico for a first time. Everything was convenient, quiet, lots of food and popular places to see were very close. Very safe area and you don’t run out of options for food and convenience stores. The room was amazing! The staff was attentive. The only downside, no AC. That is a must since it gets hot in the room. They should have wall ac systems that connect to the outside. Other than that the room was luxurious, clean, comfortable and I wish I was there longer in the room. They designed the room very elegant and my fav was the bathroom.

I am giving 4.5, rounding it up to 5 as it is a new property and they deserve some gentleness. There is a lot to like about this beautiful, new hotel. The room we got was genuinely large on the 5th floor with a huge balcony and nice view of jacaranda tree. The rooms were so well laid oit and fully equipped with incredible appliances and cutlery and ceramic plates. Premium stuff here for someone living out of the suites. Staff on the rooftop is awesome. I appreciated both gents. Wifi was strong too. Room for improvement: -hotels needs to have sign to put on door for no cleaning -did not preemptively offer us a day for free laundry per their welcome note (which we were entitled to for a week long stay) or did they pick up our laundry when I requested it at front desk in advance -front desk on check in charged us a higher rate (resolved next morning with cash refund with no issue, to their credit)

Beautiful new property in a very convenient parts of Mexico City for transportation in and out. Lots of restaurants in the area and not very far from some big stations like

Would definitely stay again
Place was amazing. The room was very spacious, had a dinning table, a small couch and lots of space. Place was really clean, wi-fi worked well and security was really good (couldn't get into the place without a key).

We stayed for two nights in the deluxe, king size bed with pull out couch bed and kitchenett. The room was clean and the price was great for this area. Good safe area, we were out walking at 9pm and the streets had a good vibe. I would return.

This property was excellent. Very nice location with a lot of options of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was very good equipped, elegant decoration, nice staff. I highly recommend it.

I loved my stay here. Hotel and rooms are modern and well kept. Staff was very nice. I had no issues. The location is perfect, a few min walk to a lot of dining/bars and attractions like the angel of independence. The street it’s on is quiet and safe. I will be staying here again.

Very nice hotel, clean, modern. I liked the fact that they have a fridge, a small stove, and the lighting is very good. I loved the shower: perfect pressure, very comfortable. The only thing missing is AC but they provide a fan upon request.

Overall a great property. Please add air conditioning in the rooms. I left the window opened to get fresh air but mosquitos came in.

Thanks for your feedback. The property add clearly depicts the characteristics of our units and we make a big effort for our guests to receive what they are offered. It is the guest's responsibility to read those characteristics before making a reservation. El hotel es lindo, la habitación estaba muy bien, sin embargo es importante considerar que es un hotel que no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, eso nos prestaron un abanico de torre, pero honestamente no ayudó en nada, ya que hacía mucho calor en el cuarto. Fuera de eso, el hotel es lindo, la habitación estuvo bien y muy limpia y el personal es muy atento y amable, mi único pero es el aire acondicionado, que si creo es un punto importante a considerar.
