The room was beyond cold, when i came in the window was wide open and they didn’t have any heaters to provide. Got a second banquet but still spent the coldest night ever. Too noisy since 8:30am.

One of the worst places I've ever been to. It doesn't look like a hotel, it is more like a house facade, the chek-in took 35 min. The clerk was super slow, took him an eternity to write my number. The room had an awful smell of fresh painting and cement. There weren't bedside tables, no bins even in the bathroom, no soap. There were 2 unlabeled bottles with what could be shampoo but that smell horrible.

Todo súper bien pero no había servicio de refrigerador en el hotel, por si tienes que guardar un medicamento que necesite refrigeración piénsalo bien, las camas están cómodas, pero la habitación que está en frente a la calle filtra mucho el ruido de los carros, no puedes descansar bien, para ir de un día a otro conviene tal vez por el precio pero si está un poco incómodo depende la habitación que te toque.

El servicio y el cuarto están bien, Considerar que el servicio de toallas esté bien porque no tenían toalla de mano. Solo te dan 1 toalla de cuerpo y no había de manos al final si me lograron conseguir una . Si es mucho pedir estaría súper una toalla tapete para baño. Y las almohadas están súper ricas solo no tenían fundas logré conseguir 1 funda y eran 2 almohadas . Por lo demás todo ok

Solo hay una cosa que pudiera mejorar , en cuanto a la atención del personal ellos lo hicieron excelente. Lo "negativo" , es que no pudomos usar la televisión de la habitación, el Internet era muy inestable. Estivimos en la habitacion 10 . Solo eso . Lo demas estuvo genial . Volveria a hospadarme ahi con mi familia.
