I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. I tried my best to communicate in English and basic Spanish, and the front desk staff always took the time to patiently answer my questions and help me. Also, the location is also very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions around Mexico City. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit the city.

The staff was friendly and polite. They made sure to make you feel welcome. I liked the fact the Hotel was clean and well organized. The breakfast was good and you had multiple choices to to enjoy. Eggs made to order, teas and fresh coffee. The staff was polite and took care of your needs quickly. Also its a great location, close to food, bars and the the Pachuca Mall. lots to choose from.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my trip to Mexico City. The location was perfect—I always felt safe, and everything I needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants, shops, and several well-known landmarks. It made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City and will happily stay here again on my next trip.

Es muy buena la ubicación que tiene. Desde mi llegada todo el personal fue muy atento. La habitación de muy buen tamaño y limpia en todo momento. El colchón no tan cómodo pero fue el único detalle. Está en la calle donde están la mayoría de los antros de Zona Rosa pero aún así la zona es tranquila y el ruido externo no entra tanto a la habitación. La pantalla muy chica para mi gusto y no cuenta con Netflix, tal vez para algunos no es importante pero lo menciono para que lo sepan.
