This hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood, a short walk from a beautiful park with lots of restaurants all around. Our room was pretty large with a balcony and well-appointed, and actually had outlets where you need them (a rarity even in high-end hotels). Housekeeping left a little to be desired-small things like removing the shower mat and failing to replace it-but the room was clean. The included breakfast was fine and was consistently replenished, although by the fifth day of our stay it became a bit monotonous. Hotel staff are very kind. Overall, and for the price and location, I would recommend this hotel.

Great location! Easily walkable to restaurants, parks, shops. Didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors/street. Spacious room with lots of storage. Nice balcony. The only issues were breakfast starts at 8:00 AM which is much later than I’m used to, and they were usually late (hot meals came after 8:15). Hairdryers are available upon request so we didn’t have one the first night and it was pouring rain, but we got one the next day. Overall I’d recommend this hotel, good for solo or families. Comfortable, clean, great location!

The staff was friendly and quick to respond with anything that might help to make my stay better. I had a clean room with a great view, loved the shower (strong blast of hot water... especially nice after getting caught in a torrential rainstorm one day). Nice breakfast buffet with healthy options and variety, many items made in-house (e.g. bread, yogurt, pickled veggies...)! I had a wonderful time walking all around La Condesa, Roma, and Bosque de Chapultepec, felt very safe and the hotel was a great location from which to base myself. Thanks for everything!

Lovely hotel in Condesa with great restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and balcony was an added plus. The only negative was the bed, very hard but the hospitality was worth it.

Nice room, fast check in. Good location in Condesa, easy to walk to many restaurants and bars. Room was nice, but a little noisy as you hear a lot of street noise. Breakfast was ok, good enough to get your day going.

We enjoyed the location and surrounding restaurants. I would recommend asking for a room with a view. When we stayed a local farms market was at the feet of the doorstep with fresh squeezed fruits drinks and Mexico’s delicious foods.

Excellent stay in La Condesa

this is a lovely small hotel in a terrific area in Mexico City. Large room, comfortable beds and pillows. I appreciated that the staff purchased gluten-free bread and almond milk for me so that I could enjoy breakfast.

This is a very nice little hotel, in a perfect Condesa, Hippodromo location. Very nice staff, and it comes with breakfast! They supply drinking water too, which I appreciate in Mexico City. The bathroom was spacious, there was hot water, and everything was so clean.

Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was good. Location is great. Overall it was okay but I was surprised at the lack of amenities for what we paid. The rooms are NOT soundproof, in fact they provide ear plugs due to the noise. I had expected more bathroom amenities (again, based on what we were charged for our room per night) - cotton pads, q tips, body lotion, robe/slippers. There was no "daily manager's reception". No "snack bar/deli" that we were aware of. The buffet breakfast was fine, but most mornings the food was lukewarm. I'm not sure they actually offer food at the bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is great although it is on a very busy corner so if you are a light sleeper good luck.

It is a nice hotel, in a great neighborhood. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to parks. The room was large and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the terrace bar, it is not a rooftop bar but it was open and had nice views. Enjoyed the free breakfast. I felt well taken care of.

The hotel is in a very central location and very walkable. We didn't have air conditioning and it was pretty hot. I also noticed the doors were very thin and the hotel needed some maintenance and remodel. The breakfast that was included was just okay but we opted to find a nice pace for breakfast down the street. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cute. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, sometimes like a sauna. They did provide me with a portable AC unit when we asked for a fan, but the unit was VERY loud and not very efficient. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

First of all staff was very kind. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good for what you pay. BUT... The sliding Windows/doors in the room are so poorly done that they don't close at all (1 inch plus gap on both sides) and it's like having your window open the entire night and you can hear EVERYTHING from the street. It's such a shame because this place has so much potential and they do most things well.

The room was great and the shower pressure was.fantastic. Housekeeping did a fine job. The breakfast buffet was not good. It appeaed that the hot items had no steron so the eggs, pancakes, and bacon were all room temperature. Coffee was undrinkable. fortunately the neighbohood has lots of great cafes and restaurants. One night at 3am and couple returning to their room next to mine was having a loud fight that included a lot of screaming, slammed doors and banging on walls. The security guard who was one flight down did not intervene. The fight lasted more than 45 minutes. When I reported this the following morning I was advised that the couple had now checked out. This response left me concerned that the hotel did not take its security responsibilities seriously. I will not be returning.
