Disgusting! I could not have gotten in without help of another guest No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night I will never book with you again Thank God I found another place to stay

There are better options out there.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded for the two reservations I made with them. They said it would be refunded the same day, but they haven't refunded it or responded to me. By the way, I NEED MY DEPOSIT The room was very basic and did not have toilet paper. Access is difficult. The location was good for our needs, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. I think there are better options.

Experiencia desagradable. Habitación sucia. Baño sucio. No ponen jabón de manos, tampoco tapete de baño. Cero comunicación durante la estadia con el anfitrión. Se le pidió apoyo para la temperatura de la regadera y el control y solicitar limpiaran el baño y nunca respondieron. El control de la tele no servía. Aspecto inseguro de la fachada. Algo que hicimos fue leer las reseñas antes de reservar, ojalá lean esta.

Jamas se encontro el lugar. Luego se a iso y ya nos contacto el alojamiento pero el lugar esta deplorable por afuera, no da nada de confianza. Ya le he solictado el reembolso. Porque hastabparece. Fraude. No se como este tipo de propiedades estan en una aplicacion tan seria como esta.

LLegas y tiene los letreros de CLAUSURADO. A quien le guste el ambiente estrafalario, le va a encantar, pero los servicios son más que sencillos, domésticos, la chapa de la puerta permite ver toda la cama por el hueco que queda, en frente de la habitación dos botes de basura con tapa grandes, toda la noche lloro un perro de otra habitación. es una casa vieja adaptada. Por el costo uno espera mucho más

El hotel parece estar en construcción y llegas y tiene un letrero de clausurado en la entrada. No da para nada confianza. Está lleno de polvo porque se nota que no usan los trastes y los productos de higiene son de muy baja calidad

Sobrevendieron habitaciones. Aunque nos dejaron la primera noche, ya no nos dejaron otras dos noches que reservé. Creo que el hotel debe estar pendiente del aviso de esta aplicación. O la aplicación "Hotels.com" debe mejorar comunicación y observación de los hoteles relacionados para evitar estos problemas de sus clientes.
