There is some construction nearby, so at times you might notice a bit of activity in the surrounding area. However, the apartment is a comfortable and well-equipped space for you to enjoy your stay.
We want all of our guests to have an incredible stay with us, always with the same quality and service, so it’s essential to follow these rules:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you wish to check in between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight), an additional fee of $15 USD will be charged. From 12:00 AM onward, an additional fee of $30 USD will be charged.

It is strictly prohibited to allow anyone into the building who has not been registered prior to check-in or who exceeds the maximum occupancy limit.
Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It is important not to grant access to anyone you do not know.
Additional fees will be charged if your towels or bedding are missing or in poor condition.
If you notice any damage or malfunction, please let us know as soon as possible.
