The location is just one block from the Zócalo, surrounded by plenty of great places to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s security around the clock, and check-in was very easy. Overall, I think it’s an excellent place to stay in the historic center!

Staff/Security were very attentive. Room was clean and very close to many locations. Breakfast was included and food was great. The only thing was the kitchen/sofa couch area for the room had no AC unit so it was pretty warm although the room door remained open for the entire day. Otherwise, highly recommend and the hotel is unique compared to many others nearby.

No me gustó que no tuviese elevador, estoy lastimada de una rodilla y subir esas escaleras y además subir las que daban a mi cama fue demasiado, mi habitación no tenía tele lo cual también de haberlo sabido antes no me hubiese hospedado ahí.

Lo bueno: El hotel es muy bonito, tiene excelente ubicación, personal muy atento y un desayuno incluido de buen nivel. A considerar de la habitación: Elegí conscientemente la opción pequeña, pero sugeriría añadirle televisión y una silla cómoda para descansar (solo tiene periquera para trabajar), detalles con los que las demás habitaciones del hotel sí cuentan. Accesibilidad: No tiene elevador y requiere subir muchas escaleras por la altura del hotel, por lo que no lo recomiendo para personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida.
