The Space:

Our beautiful house has been designed to offer a comfortable, elegant, and functional experience in one of the best areas of Mexico City. Its contemporary style and modern finishes create a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for both leisure and business trips.



The home features two comfortable bedrooms designed to ensure rest, a spacious living room perfect for relaxing after a day in the city, and a dining room ideal for sharing meals and special moments. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner with complete comfort.



One of the house's greatest attractions is its spectacular private rooftop, a perfect space to enjoy the outdoors, work in a pleasant environment, have a morning coffee, or relax at the end of the day in a peaceful and exclusive setting.



Guest Access:

Our guests will have full access to all areas of the house, so they can enjoy a comfortable, private, and worry-free stay. Our goal is for them to feel at home from the moment they arrive.



They will be able to enjoy the two bedrooms, the living room, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, and the spectacular private rooftop, one of the most special spaces of the property, ideal for relaxing, enjoying a morning coffee, or resting after a day exploring the city.

The Neighborhood:

Located in one of the most privileged areas of Mexico City, the Anzures neighborhood combines tranquility, safety, and an exceptional location. Its proximity to Polanco, Paseo de la Reforma, and Chapultepec Forest makes it an ideal starting point to explore the city. In the surroundings, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, museums, parks, shopping centers, and cultural spaces, as well as important corporate and business areas.



Thanks to its excellent connectivity and residential atmosphere, Anzures offers the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and the authentic experience of living in Mexico City.



Getting Around:

Getting around Mexico City is easy and convenient thanks to its extensive transportation network. You can explore the city using the metro, the Metrobús, or Ecobici, excellent options to discover different corners in a practical way.



For greater comfort and speed, we also recommend using Uber, one of the easiest ways to get around the city.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! Anzures is a central area with a wide variety of places to explore and visit. We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
