The hotel is very convenient as it is inside the airport terminal 1. However, it has a sewer smell throughout the building. You end up getting used to it but it’s unpleasant. Staff was very friendly.

We had a layover and it was really hard to find hotel. Hotel is on the other end you must take the AirTran to terminal 1. There is alot of construction at terminal 1. No signage of hotel. Ask the locals or airport workers.

The hotel was terrific, with clean rooms and a great staff. The one big flaw that prevents me from leaving a five star review is that the signage in the airport is very poor to direct you to the hotel itself. There is a point that you need to turn off of the main hallway to find the hotel (turn at McDonald’s) but there are no signs indicating that. We were very happy with our stay, but finding it was more of a hassle than it should have been.

The hotel is really bad. Rooms are ok, but old and service desk was unhelpful. We asked for toothpaste/toothbrush over text before arrival and were assured it will be waiting for us in the room, it was not. We asked again at the reception in the evening, no one bothered to bring it. We asked again in the morning and finally got the kit. Besides that the construction at the airport was right under our window and it was unbelievably loud at 1am. Impossible to sleep. We asked to change the room and the reception said that there were no other rooms available.

Antes de llegar al hotel consulté al mismo cómo llegar, me dijeron tomate el aerotren y luego llegas caminando, equivocado, el aerotren se encontraba en remodelación desde hace días, nos tuvimos que tomar un autobús desde la terminal, al mismo lo paró la policía, tuvimos demorados 19 minutos sin saber si seguía su curso o no. Impresentables.

While the staff is very nice and polite, the hotel has quite a strong smell, the signature scent it's very strong and not pleasant. The shower plugged after I took a shower and it took a couple of hours father maintenance person to come by. The food was expensive. I ordered the grilled chicken with gravy and it was dry. lack of seasoning the beans with chorizo were cold and under seasoned. The breakfast was ok, if you don't order freshly made eggs, the rest of the items on the menu are cold. Not a lot of options either.
