Staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. They stored my luggage as I decided to visit a nearby town. The room next to the street can get very noise at night and weekends. Restroom cleaning can improved by doing a daily deep clean because there were a lot of folks staying. But also guest should clean after themselves to keep the restrooms clean.

My stay was fine. The beds were standard comfy and had the usual spot for your chargers and the lockers were big. I felt safe at the hostel but the cleaning and showers - omg. Never seen so much hair and stains in toilets! I saw cleaners frequently but the bathrooms were always disgusting! There were no bins in the showers or by the sinks so people left their contacts, floss and rubbish everywhere! The showers were designed by an idiot. The doors didn’t close and the shower heads couldn’t be adjusted enough so the entire room flooded every time and the tiles weren’t laid so the water could flow to the drain. I’m talking inches of water covering the entire floor. Every time. I slipped twice. And there was no where to put your toiletries and room key to be kept dry during your shower! The kitchen and fridge were disgusting. Mould in the fridge and freezer and the kitchen was dirty. Also the social areas kinda sucked. The wifi was great though. In a pinch, this hostel is fine for a few days but I wouldn’t recommend.

My favorite hostel in the city so far. They need a second fridge badly, way too many guests for one fridge. Bathroom shower needs hooks for clothes and towels and mats for the floor which is a small lake, my only complaints.

Good location. I do not like that there is only one flat sheet for the bed with no fitted sheet. There’s a rough blanket that was on the bed that is not conducive with sleeping without a sheet against it. If they have such an issue with providing a fitted sheet for the mattress as well as a flat sheet, they should charge a deposit for an additional sheet. The bathroom signage should be more clear for male and female, as well as the front desk person giving clear instructions at check-in as to where the guest’s intended bathroom is located. Overall, it’s a decent hostel besides those issues. Would I stay here again if a I didn’t have to, no. Is it a good price for what it is? Yes.

Es un pequeño hostal con menos de 1 año de abierto. Tiene detalles interesantes de diseño. Hay una minitiendita de golosinas y en el bar venden hamburguesas y otros snacks, cerveza, y diversas bebidas. En general el personal es muy amable pero de repente falta el agua, de repente no hay agua caliente, de repente las regaderas son un charco, de repente los lavamanos todos sucios, de repente muhcos inconvenientes. Tienen un Bar en la terraza que alquilan como salón de fiestas, así que el sonido de la música no deja dormir, es en verdad muy fuerte, aú estando en la habitación. En la azotea hay cocineta, pero lleva tus sartenes, vaso, taza, cubiertos... nunca hay nada. Hay una pequeña sala que se usa como sala de TV, la pantalla es gigante y muy buena, pero ya sabes que pasará si quieres trabajar y ven la tv y comen ahí otros huespedes. Solo hay 2 o 3 espacios para computadora en una barra con bancos altos, bastante incomodos. Me robaron el celular, lo avisé a recepción de inmediato y pedí revisar cámaras, que las tienen por doquier, apenas hoy, sabiendo que hacía el checkout, me dijeron que no encontraron nada en las cámaras ¿Lo creerías? Es claro que falta una gerencia responsable, con ética y conocimiento de la industria. Es caro para lo que sufres. En la azotea hay baños que usan para consumir de la verde, apesta pero nadie dice ni hace nada, si te gusta eso, es el lugar. Hay mucho latino que vive ahí, prácticamente, pero sin trabajo ya sabes porque roban y nadie ve nada.

Solo un detalle la última noche al parecer asignaron una cama dos veces y en la madrugada las personas estuvieron discutiendo y nos despertaron.

El personal y servicios fueron buenos. La zona esta cerca de bellas artes, pero de noche es mejor tomar uber. Se recomienda colocar en baños avisos de no echar papel en el inodoro. Y colocar talvez un trapeadir o recogedor de agua porque se hace poza de agua, o subir el bordillo de las duchas.
