Stayed two nights: Room was clean, staff was welcoming and friendly. Í definitely recommend and will stay there again. The only issue is that there is nothing there at night but take an uber and go wherever you want.

Great location!

The hotel has a good location to move around the city. Free Coffee from 8 to 10am, very friendly staff, easy check in and very clean. They have beverages and snacks available at the lobby, so that wprks great.

I’m giving the property an overall rating of 3 stars only because the bed in our room was extremely hard. Made it impossible to get good rest but if it wasn’t for that this place would be rated 5 stars as everything else is excellent.

Good: Filtered water was available without charge; staff were polite & professional. Bad: If you want to leave your luggage at the property, before check-in or after checkout, there is no secure way of doing it because they have absolutely no storage facilities like 99% of other places. So leave your luggage in an open lobby, at your own risk, that is a huge hassle. Also, unlike other places, they will not let you check in before the official check-in time, even if the room is ready & available. The area doesn't seem safe & there isn't much to do in the immediate surroundings. You can walk 20-ish minutes to Zocalo though.

It was okay area is great close the zocalo but the hotel eh. The pillows felt so hard I could not sleep had to buy Seperate pillows. There’s literally so much noise felt like a window was open but it’s their light windows water felt like pee doesn’t really get hot. I would not stay here again receptionist was nice but too outdated
