Every staff member I encountered from check in to check out are incredibly kind and friendly. Rooms are better than what you would expect at this price point. Especially, if you’re using this hotel as a place to stay as you wait for your next flight (as I did), I 100% recommended using this hotel!

Solo traveler. Knowing/speaking Spanish does help. Right outside the hotel, they had a street vendor selling food! Definitely recommend traveling to the Coyoacán area! And to MUNET Museo Nacional Energía y Tecnología Museo Nacional de Energía y Tecnología - MUNET. Would get the same hotel again. Hotel breakfast was great too!

Staying for the second time, a few days apart. My review remains the same. Entire staff here is always so friendly and this time they even upgraded me to a larger room with a jacuzzi! I also noticed that there is a bus stop, literally at the entrance of this hotel. I haven’t used the public transportation system in Mexico, but I’m sure this can make it very convenient to get around.

I hunt for low-cost rooms. Sometimes the price is right but the hotel and/or room leaves something to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. This place stands out above the rest. Very clean. I liked that the complementary coffee was one of the machines that make espresso. Hot chocolate too!

Decently priced hotel near the airport. The rooms were fine, but noise is a major issue—both from the street and inside the hotel. It was hard to sleep at night, and even breakfast was quite loud with staff handling dishes. Breakfast itself was just okay. I’d recommend requesting a room away from the street if you stay here.
