Lovely staff, great place. We enjoyed our stay. Delicious welcome cocktail too. Where the hotel is located is a little busy / hectic / noisy for us. But would recommend if you’re looking to be in the downtown area of CDMX.

Beautiful modern property with unique, and cozy, design elements. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. They did seem a bit understaffed for breakfast and the dining area on the roof could benefit from more seating. But everything was delicious and the staff were amazingly kind. Casa Izel will be me and my husband's go to CDMX hotel moving forward!

Beautifully appointed and managed hotel. We loved our room, comfortable bed, terrace for coffee, fluffy towels, bath products. Jose, the hotel manager was lovely- helping with anything you need! Breakfast at the rooftop every morning was the best! The location is a short walk to great Condessa restaurants and parks. We so enjoyed our stay!!!

The hotel is very nice. Staff are as well —and extremely helpful. The restaurant Octavia is pure pleasure —and I am NOT a foodie. The overall atmosphere is modern but a bit brutalist in places. The “breakfast included” is fussy. A single option like fruit —yogurt, granola, etc. all extra!

The staff at the hotel were so kind, helpful and friendly! They were accommodating and understanding and as a solo traveller, made me feel very welcomed! The property itself is beautiful, clean and well located. The restaurants are amazing-tried them both! Loved them both! This is really a wonderful hotel! I recently stayed at Maison and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, from the lobby to my room. The only minor drawback was the lighting in the room, which could have been a bit brighter. Overall, I highly recommend Maison for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Beautiful property and rooms. Staff and location were great. Only negatives were that it was difficult to find the entrance as we arrived for check in after midnight and the front entrance was locked. Also, the surrounding area can be loud on Friday and Saturday which should be expected of the neighborhood so I recommend bringing earplugs.

The hotel and room are very nice. The service is friendly but inept. You can’t rely on the staff for almost anything beyond friendliness. Our dinner at Octavia was the single worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant but everyone was truly friendly. If you are looking for a very nice room, good location and NOTHING MORE this is the place.

First of all, I want to say thank you to all of the staff here at the hotel, you made me feel very welcome and provided more than exceptional service. The hotel is fairly new, and I stayed in the brand new portion of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, Way more pillows than necessary, but you can choose which ones suits you best. It was fun having a little terrace to sit outside. Breakfast every morning was basic but completely perfect for me. All of the staff in the rooftop restaurant were more than friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Mexico City. I know it will be where I stay when I return thank you everyone for making my stay, so enjoyable.
