Construction work was being made during the night making it impossible to rest and sleep. I approached to the front desk but they just told me no room change was possible. Besides that, room cleaning starts around 8:30 in the morning so, guests can’t sleep because of construction and then, can’t sleep either because of the crew starting cleaning activities using loud vacuum cleaners. I finally asked for a late check out so I could sleep and rest during the day but it was refused unless I paid and extra amount which was like paying and entire day. Not really good customer service on this stay.

It’s not the fanciest hotel, but it is clean. It’s usually convenient to the metro, however, the metro was closed for repairs.

I did not like the lack of amenities. No coffee machine or fridge. No common area reception was tucked under a stair well. Almost too private.

Horrible experience here would not recommend this to anybody. Staff was extremely rude. Staff tried to add additional charges, and when I question them, they delayed my access to the room would not recommend this place to anybody.

had a lovely stay. location, being in la zona rosa, was ideal. i feel the breakfast though adequate left something to be desired. some mornings there was no bread; other mornings no eggs.

Nice place to stay if you’re here on business. The downtown area is like New York City. Noisy lots of bars. The room is very small but equipped. The breakfast was excellent! Capuchino machine in breakfast area and very clean with great options. If you have the time and the resources buy the breakfast package you won’t regret it. Also watch your wallet and don’t look at your expensive IPhone on the street. There are many pickpockets and people that will swipe your phone given the opportunity. Also don’t wear gold necklaces on the street because people on motorcycles will rip them off your neck.

An Oasis in the City
We actually came to Ibis from another hotel that was incredibly loud, had no heat in our room, and inconsistent hot water. Ibis was an absolute oasis. Our room faced the interior courtyard and was as quiet as a church even in the midst of Zona Rosa. Breakfast was basic, but free, good Wi-Fi, and filtered water available. Great experience.

Prime location and good value
The hotel room are pretty basic. It does not have toiletries, coffee maker, sage, or a mini bar. The rooms are clean and kept up to date. The location of the hotel is great, just steps away from the metro and a pedestrian’s only walk with vendors and restaurants.

The hotel is located in a safe area and has many walkable restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator which was a problem since my mother needed to store her insulin, but they were kind enough to store it in the lobby. Excellent service, will stay here again in the future!

The hotel has all the necessary features for several types of travelers. They offer a very good breakfast option and their staff is very attentive. The rooms are clean and they take care of their customers. They are always available if you need assistance and are more than willing to give recommendations if you ask them for advice. I definitively recommend this hotel and will stay there in the future when traveling again to Mexico City.

Very close to restaurants. I was particularly pleased with the staff here. At every level of service (doorman, management, check-in, dining, and cleaning service), everyone was polite and helpful. Not at one time did I feel uncomfortable or disrespected. They did everything to accommodate me and my pup. I travel at least once a year to CDMX. This is going to be my new hotel of choice. Extremely Happy with the service! I was treated at a VIP level. I can't thank them enough!

Excellent experience all around. Worth noting-despite being not too far from a busy street, the hotel was fairly quiet. This was the first time I stayed in Mexico City and not had to wear earplugs while sleeping.

Second time staying at Ibis Zona Rosa. Love the area, walkable to many places, even though there are a lot of restaurants/bars at night the hotel is pretty quiet. Staff is nice and thr ladies who do rooms service are amazing!

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted warmly at reception and loved the cute decor throughout the hotel. It’s in a great location as well- walkable to a lot of things and I felt safe in the Zona Rosa area. Breakfast was great as well, and there are lots of food vendors outside the hotel if you need a post breakfast snack. Will definitely stay here again!

Value for money.
Hotel is situated conveniently near busy districts and transportation. My room is showing a bit of wear otherwise it is kept clean. Also the Wifi is spotty. But it's definitely value for money and would recommend.
