Modern Top Floor Apt with Incredible Street Views

Fully renovated in August! At this beautiful, minimalistic home you'll be in the heart of one of the most iconic and central neighborhoods of the City. Its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining rooms allow you to be part of La Condesa's daily life while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning before joining in yourself. Enjoy tranquility in your new home filled with Mexican-designed furniture and decor, rustic finishes, and access to a rooftop with astounding green views where you can enjoy the company of your travel buddies and chat about what went on in your day.

The apartment has been equipped with everything you need.

It has a high-speed WI-FI connection, cable TV, Smart TV, Harman Kardon speaker, a fully equipped kitchen, blinds, and blackout blinds.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds with the possibility of a king-size bed.

The building has a beautiful Roof Garden with a grill. Feel free to enjoy the most amazing sunsets in the city.

There is a fully equipped laundry area inside the building.

La Condesa is an icon of Mexico City. Famous for its cafés, bookstores, restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. It is considered to be one of the most fashionable and trendy neighborhoods, full of artists, students, and intellectuals. Easy access from the main streets of the city and a couple of blocks away from Parque México and Parque España makes this place the perfect location to start exploring the city.

You can easily walk or bike within Roma and Condesa neighborhoods.

UBER works perfectly to move around the city.

Taxi and Ecobici stations (rental bikes) are in front of the apartment.

Metrobus Campeche (bus) and Metro Chilpancingo (subway) are within walking distance from the apartment.

Condesa neighborhood is constantly under development and has public and residential constructions everywhere. However, the building has double glass windows on the façade that reduces the noise that comes from outside.

Amazing location in Roma Sur

We had a great stay here during our time in CDMX. We had some minor issues with the Wifi, but it got resolved. Would recommend to other guests!
