Their staff is amazing and always very helpful. The food is very good and they make the effort to have variations in their buffet breakfast. The location is incredible especially if you want to explore the Zocalo and centro historico. I would highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the Historic Center on foot. Breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked well. The only downside was that the area can be a bit noisy at times due to the central location, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

Great hotel if you want to be right in the city center. The Zocalo was literally around the corner and all shops and places to eat were walking distance. Hotel was able to do early check in for me and check out was super smooth. Housekeepers always made sure we had everything we needed and kept the rooms clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Rebecca at the guest relations desk went above and beyond to accommodate my request to make the bed more comfortable for my nerve disorder. I need a much softer bed to sleep in and the staff helped me acquire that. The breakfast each morning was diverse and plentiful. The coffee was excellent! Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. Renier made excellent drinks at the lobby bar. He was a pleasure to chat with while we sipped our drinks. He makes an excellent Pina colada and mojito! I highly recommend staying here.
