We were there for 8-10days. We lived the kitchen options. We needed to check in a bit early and the lady at the counter charged 600MXN$. We are glad they could accommodate us. I just wish the accommodation fee was a little less.

Nice place , no access to WiFi . Also no Aircondition , that was my fault as I assumed that had Airconditioning fan was available. Hard to communicate with staff as is via email . Received response after 2 days and had check out.

Property is clean and safe. My schedule was hectic, but I felt comfortable at all times, coming in and out of the building. The property is clean, the room was a tad dark away from the window, but very livable. I will go back.

Estabamos aquí 2 semanas y nos fue super bien! Personas eran muy amables y atentos, el departamento estaba muy limpio y mantenía muy bien. La zona es muy tranquilo y disfrutamos mucho por estar ahí. Seguramente regresaremos de nuevo.

Esta muy acogedora y muy cómoda, pero no tiene estacionamiento y tampoco te ofrece alguna recomendación sobre alguna pensión para tu auto cercana, ayuda mucho si viajas sin auto.

Hicieron sobreventa, y no querían respetar mi reserva….. querían que me moviera a otro hotel, me hicieron perder más de una hora en esa confusión. En el lugar hicieron fiestas escandalosas 3 noches seguidas….. No me gusto el lugar, no volvería.

La propiedad está en un muy buen punto. Si es lo que ofrecen No me gusto, que nunca pude hablar con el propietario, ya que tuve dudas y un inconveniente y llame a los números y no obtuve respuesta

Loft con buena relación calidad - precio.
Puntos positivos: *Barrio seguro, cerca de comercios, restaurantes, mercados y del metro estación Eugenia. *Departamento, mobiliario y utensilios de cocina nuevos. *Servicio de elevador, portero, café y agua disponibles. *Espacios recreativos. *Puedes dejar tus maletas en la oficina de administración antes de hacer check in. Puntos negativos: *Tardamos en hacer check in ya que recepción no tenía información y tuvieron que hacer llamadas para que les confirmaran. También preguntaron a ama de llaves si habia departamentos limpios y ya una vez confirmado brindaron acceso. *Mejorar limpieza en regadera, ya que se nota residuos de minerales en agua, y el tubo de regadera presenta oxido. El extractor del baño tiene polvo en exceso. *Ruido constante de tráfico aéreo. *No se encontró la clave del wifi a la vista, por lo que tuve que mandar mensaje a la administración. *No funciona el control de ventilador, quizá se agotó la batería.
