Guillermo welcomed me warmly into this wonderful hotel. He offered me a shot of Mezcal, a slab of artisanal soap, and an array of Mexican candies. What a wonderful way to start a stay! This intimate hotel has three different hang out spots including a wonderful rooftop area. The room is beautiful and the hotel has interesting art and murals throughout. My shower was large enough for me and ten of my closest friends, lol. I walked to restaurants and parks daily in Roma and Condessa. I loved everything about this hotel and its gracious staff. Highly recommend.

This is an incredible boutique hotel right in the heart of Roma Norte. Many fine restaurants and parks are within walking distance. Juan, Michelle, Ciyan, Guillermo and Alex are an amazing team who truly care about your wellbeing and that you have a great time in CDMX. The bathroom was insanely spacious and the interior was beautifully and aesthetically decorated. One of the best boutique hotels we’ve stayed in around the world. Highly recommend NaNa Vida CDMX.

Beautiful and friendly. At arrival you get a great short tour of the property, they explain the art, show you some cool hang out spots with mezcal, Mexican candy and refreshements, all complimentary. They also have a rooftop I visited at night and it has a good vibe with the city.

We loved this hotel from the minute we arrived! Staff is friendly, warm and inviting. The hotel is super cute, quaint and very cozy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The amenities and all the small little touches are thoughtful, which makes this hotel different from others. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel was quiet even being next to a restaurant & a bar. We would definitely at NaNa Vida on our next trip to CDMX.

The staff are exceptional. Gifts of soaps and coffee with the reservation. I am a Diamond Hilton member and all I get is two lousy bottles of water. We made the mistake of staying in a Hilton here as well and should have just stayed here for the week. The staff are so friendly.

A boutique hotel with outstanding service and hospitality. Great staff, great location, walkable to great dining options. The hotel staff are so welcoming and make your stay memorable. One of the best hotels that I have ever experienced! Conveniently located right in the heart of Mexico City! The room was very clean and comfortable. The service is exceptional! We were treated to complimentary drinks, handmade soap, candy. The rooftop patio is a lovely place to relax. I would go back to Roma just to stay at this amazing boutique hotel!

Perfect hotel. Super safe, super clean, beautiful room decorated with local artist work, furniture etc. was very warm and very comfortable but again super clean. Great roof top to soak up the sun. The staff were always helpful and super friendly. Neighborhood was awesome and Ubers were cheap to anywhere in the city. The staff went out of their way to help and insisted on doing so every chance they got. Amazing value for the money and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel locates in a safe area and quiet no matter day or night. Clean, pretty rooms. Very friendly staffs, we felt so welcomed even some staffs don't speak English. They offered welcome and leaving gift, and everytime we step all they asked if we would like any drinks, which are all free. Overall, 10/10 excellent experience, I will book again in next trip for sure.

We had a fabulous stay at NaNa Vida, from the moment they opened the door and welcomed us with Mezcal and gifts, to everything in between! Perfect little coffee/tea set up in the mornings, rooftop to enjoy the view, and exceptional service. We're particularly grateful to Julian who was always so helpful and kind. The staff at NaNa Vida CDMX were amazing!!! Particularly Michelle who helped make my husband's 70th birthday an unforgettable experience! The room was nice, quiet, bed comfortable, and the location is ideal. NaNa Vida CDMX is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of the Roma Norte district of Mexico City. It is a wonderful place to base yourself when exploring the city. The area is full of cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Hotel was very safe and clean, staff are extremely helpful. There is no elevator, so you need to be able to climb stairs, but staff with help with any baggage. Location is excellent with close access to restaurants.

This is a very stylish hotel in a great location, The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. One night was very noisy from the bar downstairs, but they took a night off our bill to compensate (and they do provide ear plugs which help!)

So many nice touches -free bottled water they have a fridge where you can take it yourself - snacks and coffee which initially i didnt think i woumd use but the coffee was delicious - AC is excellent - beds and pillows are comfortable -
