Mostly good, a couple glitches

The hotel is beautiful, but it is a little misleading to call it an airport hotel since it is 1.5 hours from the airport. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast could have been excellent because it had all of the right things and was very attractive, however EVERYTHING, (eggs, sausage, and pancake pancakes) was cold, including the coffee. They did manage to get me 2 cups of hot coffee from behind the bar, but cold coffee is a non-starter.

Loved the property and facilities, restaurants, etc. the only bummer was that there was nothing else around and you had to get an Uber which could take forever b/c of traffic. But, otherwise, I LOVED it. Would absolutely stay again and plan outings accordingly.

This was a great stay. Clean, modern, quiet, and professional. I’m not sure what the other negative reviews are about… yes it’s not in city center but how is that the fault of the hotel? Did you not look at a map before you booked?

I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offered a convenient 24-hour front desk and room service. This was especially helpful since I arrived on a late flight. However, the food quality was below average and overpriced. One major drawback is the hotel's location. There are no restaurants or amenities nearby, making it necessary to rely on taxis or ride-hailing services like Uber. While this isn't a huge issue, the traffic in the area can be terrible, leading to lengthy travel times and increased costs. Overall, if you plan to stay here, be sure to plan your outings carefully to avoid getting caught in traffic. Despite its limitations, the hotel provides a comfortable place to rest, especially for those arriving late at night.

The quality for sure decreased since last year. The customer service in the restaurant is beyond terrible, there are a couple of young servers that highlight and do an amazing job, unfortunately the other ones are just awful, grumpy and rude, seems like it is a “must have” to be able to work there. They make you feel that you are getting food for free. TERRIBLE

Great choice in the area

Very nice, clean, and safe hotel. 3 day trip with my wife to visit family. Staff spoke english (if you need it) and they were very polite. I thought the shower was a terrible design. It left the bathroom floor wet. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was weak also. Room was very spacious and had plenty of furniture. Everything else was comparable to a 3 or 4 star hotel. Side note...there were no wash cloths provided. There were bath towels and a hand towel. My first visit to Mexico, so I'm not sure if its normal to not have wash cloths, but they provided shower gel with no wash cloth.

AC never worked, fire alarm is over 140db and went off our first night at 4am for no reason and was on for 10 minutes, staff was overworked, confused and disorganized, complete mess of a place, the area (Toreo) is dangerous and dirty and ugly. Don't go there.
