Exceptional value for the money property but hot water coming and going during showers was frustrating. Door people always friendly and welcoming. Safe and secure location but the street it’s on is extremely noisy compared to other places I’ve stayed at in CDMX

Me and my family que really loved the apartment. It was clean, quiet and really cozy, I would definitely book here again. I did not rate it with the highest mark since I couldn’t connect to the WiFi during my whole staying.

The apartment was great and so is the neighborhood. I would have liked, however, if there would be some basic stuff to welcome guests. There was not even drinkable water when I arrived. I had to go out at night to buy a bottle of water in a store. Same goes with other basic necessities like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. to help guests make at least a salad. I understand this is not an Airbnb but it might be nice to include some basics for people to make it at least one day without having to go out.

Unpleasant Stay & Poor Cleanliness

I recently booked an apartment through Hotels.com, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the WiFi code provided was incorrect, and I had to obtain a new one from the guard, which was an unnecessary inconvenience. More concerning, however, was the strong, unpleasant smell throughout the entire apartment. The bedsheets and pillowcases also had an odor, clearly indicating that they had not been changed. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and falls far below the standards I expected. Due to these conditions, I decided to stay for only one night and immediately requested to cancel the remainder of my reservation. I reached out to Hotels.com to contact the property manager (RentSmart Constitucion) on my behalf. Initially, I was assured that they would contact the property manager and process the refund. After several email exchanges, I was disappointed to learn that a refund could not be granted. I understand that properties may have strict policies, but I believe Hotels.com should hold payments until issues are resolved, especially when a property fails to meet the standards advertised on their platform.

Al llegar abrimos el refrigerador para meter nuestra comida ya que nos quedabamos 3 días y APESTABA a podrido y humedad extrema. No hay limpieza, se nos hizo pagar el servicio de limpieza y nunca se hizo en ningún de los 3 días de estadía. Tiene bonitas decoraciones, pero eso no significa que sea funcional o disfrutable la estadía, en general bastante malo. Pero funcional para un viaje de trabajo de máximo 1 día y si no te interesa que limpien y comes fuera.

Cero Comodidad

Este departamento NO cuenta con cama King ni sofá cama king como indica en la descripción. El refrigerador olía terrible a podrido, no pudimos poner nada durante nuestra estancia. El agua caliente no funcionaba, explotó el calentador y los dueños nunca contestaron a los número que proporcionaron para “emergencias”. Al inicio fueron muy amables, pero después que hicimos el check in, no volvieron a contestar. No les importó que el refrigerador olía a rata muerta, que el calentador hizo un ruido horrible y comenzó a escurrir agua mojando toda la cocina. También se le bajó la pastilla de electricidad y les marqué para preguntar qué hacer y JAMÁS contestaron. Entiendo que yo marcaba o muy temprano o muy tarde pero porque estuvimos en un evento pero esas eran las horas en las que estábamos en el departamento. La cama es súper pequeña y el sofá cama ni se diga. Las manijas Yo rente la unidad porque decía que ambas eran King y no es verdad. Lo único rescatable es que el guardia de seguridad es muy amable.

Nos gusto la ubicación, la propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento, vigilancia del edificio fue muy amable, a pesar de que no hubo llave para accesar al edificio como establecían las indicaciones, vigilancia siempre apoyo. El depa está bonito y cómodo, el baño bien con agua caliente. La cama estuvo cómoda, el espacio de cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario, esta muy bien equipado. De 10 nosotros le damos 9.5. Lo único malo fue que el sofá cama estaba sucio y que te piden pago en efectivo por concepto de limpieza, pero tú tienes que recolectar la basura y llevarla a los depósitos del edifico.

El lugar muy limpio y cómodo, la amabilidad del host y la atención en todo momento (aunque no requerí asistencia), el trato de recepción magnífico, mis saludos a la doñita de recepción, es un amor, muy amable siempre. El general, el lugar muy bien excepto por un par de detalles, me deje llevar por las imagenes al reservar, el departamento que reserve NO tiene balcon, fue una decepción, pero con los días se me fue pasando el disgusto. Otra cosa, el WIFI estaba muy intermitente, entiendo que sea compartido con todo el edificio, pero deberían aumentar la velocidad de su paquete o revisar sus dispositivos (modems o routers), porque falla bastante, por suerte siempre tengo datos en el celular, pero para trabajar en la laptop el wifi fallaba demasiado. Vi comentarios sobre la regadera, y en efecto es un poquito difícil mediar la temperatura, pero nada de otro mundo, funciona dentro de lo que cabe. Volvería a reservar sin dudas, pero esta vez asegurando el depa con balcón, amo tomar un café por las mañanas desde un balcón. ¡Muchas gracias!

L'hébergement est bien situé. La petite terrasse avec une vue sur la ville était vraiment agréable. On y entend le matin les oiseaux. L'ensemble devrait être rafraichit mais cest un excellent rapport qualité/ prix pour la zone pas loin de Condesa.

La verdad el departamento me pareció adecuado en muchos sentidos. Tiene lo que necesitas para estar comodo y se siente súper seguro. El personal de seguridad y la anfitriona muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Hay transporte cerca ya sea por metro bus, metro o autobús. El único pero es que no salía agua caliente en la regadera y no está padre bañarse así, el agua en la regadera sale tibia a fría pero en las demás tomas si calienta muy bien así que no se que es lo que esté pasando fuera de eso… cuando regrese a la CDMX buscaré este lugar nuevamente.

26 de dic. al 2 enero, muy bonito el departamento,solo lo que no me gustó que decían camas Queen y la verdad es que es matrimonial y mi niño más chico quería dormir con nosotros y era incómodo,ya que mis otros hijos les tuvimos que dar la recamara principal que es una cama king , la lavadora no la pude usar por qué estaba sucia , pegajosa de la mugre De ahí en fuera todo agradable
