+ No smoking inside the property.
+ No events or parties allowed.
+ Loud music is prohibited at all times.
+ It is forbidden to remove makeup or any substance with the bath towels; if any towel is stained, the respective charge will be applied.
+ Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
+ When entering or leaving the property and the building, maintain silence to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
+ Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
+ Check out time: before 11:00 am.
+ In case of any mishap, please contact your HOST first.

IDENTIFICATIONS, VISITS, AND EXTRA GUESTS:
+ The guest responsible for the reservation must send a photo of their ID at least TWO days before the arrival, as well as those of all the people who will be staying with. IDs for minors are not required.
+ VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
+If you wish to add guests to your reservation (consider that the apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests), please send us a modification request to update the number of guests and remember to send us their IDs TWO days in advance.
