I stay here every few months, it’s my go-to stay whenever I’m in Mexico City. Very private, clean, and the staff members are always there to help. Special thanks to the guards at the gate. What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment. What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment extremely spacious for kitchen, dining room, living area and bedroom area huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi and there’s also a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the city. The service was definitely five star and they provide free breakfast on a daily as well. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Property was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location, amenities and the fully equipped kitchenette. Definitively enjoyed the bed, bed clothing, bathroom and the throughout cleanness of the property. Coffee break food is limited but handy when you need to get a quick bite to eat in the mornings. We used the gym which is well equipped with elliptical, stationary bikes, treadmill and weights. Roof terrace is very nice to check out the city surroundings and a very nice view of the nearby mountains. A little bit noisy with the highway nearby. Overall, an excellent stay and I would consider this property for my next visit.

The rooms were fantastic and quiet. They offered a light breakfast, which was also great. The only thing that brought this review down to one star is that there was no hot water, which is super important to have. The water heater was broken but was not fixed during our stay. I expected more for the name Perisur to have the basic necessity like hot water.
