The Space:

Seven bedrooms, seven ensuite bathrooms, room for 15, in the middle of Condesa.



• 7 bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bathroom and a split AC/heat unit (AC is in the bedrooms only, not the living room)

• 4 king beds, 3 queen beds, plus a sofa bed in Bedroom 1

• Private hot tub on the rooftop terrace, with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area

• BBQ grill and barbecue utensils for group dinners outside

• Pool table next to the living room, with a big sectional and TV

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Level 1): king bed + sofa bed, good for a family

• Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 (Level 1): king bed each

• Bedrooms 5 and 6 (ground floor): queen bed each, no stairs

Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a safe and clothing storage.



Bathrooms

All 7 are full and ensuite, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer.



Kitchen

Refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, rice maker, coffee maker with coffee, cookware, dishes and wine glasses. The kitchen tap has a water filter, so the water is safe to drink.



For families

Travel crib and high chair, set up for your arrival on request, plus a baby bathtub, baby monitor and baby toys if you request them in advance, plus children's dinnerware and babysitter recommendations.



Laundry

Washer, dryer and a folding drying rack in the house.

The colors, Talavera tiles and murals are all Mexican folk art, so the house feels like Mexico City the moment you walk in.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours: all 7 bedrooms, the living room and pool table, kitchen, dining room and the rooftop terrace with the hot tub and BBQ grill. Check yourself in with the smart lock at the private entrance. Four bedrooms are upstairs in the main house (about 20 indoor steps). The covered inner courtyard holds three more: two on the ground floor with no stairs and one up about 20 outdoor steps. There is no private parking; street parking is paid at the parking meter.



The Neighborhood:

You're in Condesa, the leafy, walkable neighborhood known for its cafes and restaurants. The cafes and restaurants on Vicente Suarez are about a 6 minute walk, Parque Espana about 15 minutes and Parque Mexico, the tree-lined park at the heart of Condesa, about 16 minutes. Chapultepec Park is about a 16 minute walk too. It is a residential area, which is why we keep quiet hours. Further afield: the Anthropology Museum, Paseo de la Reforma and the Angel de la Independencia (10 to 15 minutes by car), Bellas Artes and the Centro Historico (15 to 30 minutes by car), and day trips to Teotihuacan and Xochimilco.



Getting Around:

Condesa is best on foot: the cafes on Vicente Suarez are about 6 minutes away, Parque Espana about 15, and Parque Mexico and Chapultepec Park about 16. For everything else, Uber is quick and easy: the Angel de la Independencia is about 10 to 15 minutes, the Centro Historico and Zocalo 15 to 30 minutes and the airport (AICM) 20 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic. If you bring a car, there is no private parking: street parking is paid at the parking meter. For day trips to Teotihuacan or Xochimilco, message us and we will help you plan the ride.



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs: 4 main-house bedrooms are up about 20 indoor steps. The covered courtyard has 3 more: 2 on the ground floor (no stairs), 1 up about 20 outdoor steps.

• Exterior cameras at the pedestrian entrance and on the rooftop terrace. None inside.

• AC in the bedrooms only, not in the living room or common areas. Portable fans on request.

• Quiet hours 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties, events or smoking indoors.

• No private parking. Street parking is paid at the meter.

• Beds: 4 kings, 3 queens and a sofa bed.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Luggage drop-off allowed.

• Babies: travel crib and high chair, set up before arrival if you ask. Baby bathtub, monitor and toys on advance request.
