The dryer does not work, the assistance needs to be improved, they only changed my towels once, not enough toilet paper, the elevator broke 4 times during my 5 days stay.

El departamento es demasiado pequeño y muchísimo calor, no hay aire acondicionado,más que en una recámara , las demás áreas con un calor insoportable , muchísimo ruido, está ubicado en una área de tráfico 24 hrs ruido. No lo recomiendo si quieres descansar. Difícil de agarrar uber . Preferible caminar. Mejor elegir otro lugar por el mismo precio.

very convenient place to stay if you are doing any sightseeing nearby. Close to lots of places. Place looked exactly as pictured. Not a quiet place but it is right beside a busy street so i cannot complain.

Check in and check out was easy. Ulises was helpful. The location is very convenient as it is at the corner of Zona, Rosa Condessa, and Roman Norte. However, it is so very noisy! The property is on an incredibly busy corner and coming from someone who has lived in New York City. I could not believe how loud it was. Never in my time living in New York City did I experience anything close to the level of noise from outside. The walls are all glass/ windows so privacy is an issue. Also, the apartment is small, but says it holds four people. It is tight, and is not supplied properly. Each of us got one towel. Extras were not offered. There was only a half full roll of paper towels, and were no towels in the kitchen for drying dishes or extra hand towels or bath mats in the bathroom. In an aortmrnt for 4 adults, extras are necessary. We were given one roll of toilet paper when we checked in and it took all day to get another one when we noticed we were almost out. There is very little clothing storage. I’m not sure for adults would be very happy in this space. I traveled with my husband and my teenage daughter, so we made it work but For actual adults, it would be tight. The people were nice but the supplies really need to be increased. Not sure how to address the street noise.

Everything was great! Walls very thin, so you can hear almost everything in other apts BUT besides that everything was soooooo great. They held my bags for me the following day until my flight.

nicely kept, walkable to everything. friendly staff. Only one room has air-conditioning, so it was hot every where else. Elevator only accommodates two people. Hard to get anyone to help with any maintenance issues after hours.

This is in an excellent location. We had a one bedroom and it was excellent. Overall the location for us was perfect and the hood was only two blocks way with terrific food options and nightlife, all very safe. Very modern inside. There were tiny little things that would have given a full 10, tiny little things. I suspect this is a new facility and will be addressed in time. I would absolutely stay there again. Kudos for a geat space when away.

PRO: El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones y muy bien equipado. Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica y es fácil encontrar tiendas de conveniencia, cafés y restaurantes. CON: El sofá ubicado en la sala es confortable para dormir, pero la sala no tiene cortinas blackout, por lo que la luz de calle ingresa día y noche. Solamente una habitación tiene A\C, el resto es bastante caluroso especialmente en la tarde. El anuncio no menciona que realizan limpieza cada siete días. Aunque la ubicación es muy buena, hay mucho ruido en el apartamento a todas horas.

Ulises at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Rooms are basic but very clean. Area is very loud (it’s Mexico City), but each room has earplugs which is a thoughtful touch. Rooftop is fun. Little bodega next door is very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance as well.

Overall very disappointing -- the two amenities they promote as key to the offer 'the business centre' and the 'gym' are in the basement, which is not healthy -- the basement is filled with damp, and you can feel it heavy on your lungs. The rooms are average, I was given a poor inward facing one with little natural light in the living room. There is significant traffic noise, but this was expected given the corner location -- the same as most of the other options in the area. Wifi was fast, and the roof top was pretty good. My real frustration was during checkout, when I had arranged via WhatsApp to check out at 12 (not 11)... I did originally ask for 12:30 but they couldn't grant me this, not even for a fee. I had an important call with a client, so wanted a quiet and private place -- but then at 11:15am I get a loud knock on the door, interrupting the call and clearly not honouring the late check out. It was a real breach of any reasonable service -- showing this place is not ran by professionals. I was looking at ULIV for other long term, but will avoid at all costs from this experience. I would advise you find somewhere else, there are many better options in CDMX.

Nicely appointed and new apartments in a convenient location. The appartment was clean and well equipped, although some basic facilities such as a hairdryer or iron / ironing board were lacking. Great security staff which made the property feel very safe. Be aware the building is on a busy main road and the rooms are noisy, although air plugs were provided by the property. If possible, ask for an appartment on the higher floors.

Great dining options if you want restaurants or if you prefer the real Mexican experience great food street vendors options too! Tacos de canasta, elote, etc…. All walking distance and safe. Just like any other big city New York, Los Angeles…just be aware of your surroundings don’t act a fool and you will be fine. If you need quiet this isn’t the place but honestly I was so tired the outside noise didn’t bother me. If you are hot natured be aware the unit only has one ac but we left the restroom closed all day and the bedroom units doors open so the place would be cool upon our return in the evenings. It doesn’t matter where you stay in Mexico City every thing is a long drive due to traffic!!! This place had everything we needed within in walking distance like breakfast…lol … the rest of the day was spent driving to or from our tourist spots . Beautiful city!

Great location
The pictures are prettier than in real life but it was still a great place to stay, very clean and wonderful location. We will be staying here again. Jose, the security guard was excellent, we had some trouble checking in and he helped us. He also gave us great tips and recommendations for the area. The rooms are not sound proof and the area can get a little loud, they do have ear plugs on each nightstand which helped.

Besides the apartment being absolutely beautiful, it was very clean. The security guard there was also very kind and attentive. I was having trouble getting into the apartment and he made sure to help me while helping another group of people. Absolutely love this place and will definitely plan on coming back on my next trip to Mexico !
