Wonderful place!

We had a great stay here. It is a very safe and secure building with parking beneath the building. Very nice weight room and exercise room, and, clean private outdoor play area for kids, like having a private outdoor Backyard. Great location, walking distance to many things. Great place!!!

Great Location and very clean

Alfredo was a great host, easy and quick to communicate with, spoke good English as well. The apartment was very nice and clean. We had an issue with the widow because of my daughter which made me nervous and they were so understanding. Fully equipped, great gym and steam room, they left wine for us which was so nice. Great location and security.

Great and safe place.

This is a great apartment with a great view. The host was great. I love how safe you feel and the safety and security protocal gives you peace of mind. The only down side was that the apartment has no air conditioner and it gets pretty warm in there.

Must Stay!

Honestly, we almost didn’t stay here because even though the reviews are 5 star, there were not that many. I’m so glad we went ahead and stayed here, it was the saving grace of our trip! The apartment is in a high tech, new building that is very safe. It is in a safe neighborhood, and is close to public transportation. We ended up taking Uber everywhere, and it was extremely affordable. The apartment is clean, has good water pressure, and an amazing view. Alfredo is an excellent host who kept in contact via What’sApp. The welcome information and video is fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a great time at this property. The security is wonderful, lots of great amenities for us and the kids. The win was the small coffee shop inside the building!such a great idea and was so convinient. Walmart is right across the building. Ee enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, Alferedo was really responsive and when we told him the AC in one of the rooms doesn't work, he auickly ordered another one for us. Overall qe had a really great experience at this place!highly recommand it specially to families with kids.

Clean, comfortable, great location

My wife, daughter, mother and my in-laws all enjoyed this apartment for a little over a week. The location is very good with a Walmart Express, La Comer and an Oxxo within easy walking distance. If I had to be picky about one thing the air conditioners are portable units vs. mini-splits. But honestly in Mexico City air conditioning isn't necessary at night as long as you have a window you can open a window for ventilation so we were always comfortable. We would all 100% rent this apartment again. The host was always responsive via WhatsApp to all of our inquiries. Having the Washer/Dryer was a huge bonus as we didn't have to pack for the whole week because we could do laundry.
