Very please with my stay here. Staff was welcoming, we had the two bedroom two bathroom suits with separate rooms so we had our own privacy. We loved the area, very close to some nice Latin bars, restaurants , markets, the airport....

The Man that attends the entrance desk during the morning/early afternoon was extremely kind and helpful. The cleaning ladies I saw working the building during my stay were very nice too but they look exhausted. Aside from that, I would not stay here again and have nothing positive to add. A lot of the guests were very rude.

On a positive note, the wonderful front desk and head office staff responded quickly to the issues we experienced. Very nice people which makes the next part of the review somewhat difficult to write but I feel the realities of the building itself must be stated. To call the area Condesa is misleading – this building is not on the quiet tree lined streets you are likely thinking of but rather it is located at the intersection of two major, multi lane streets. Traffic noise / truck brakes / near constant car horns kept us awake most nights until 2-3am (surprising considering we stayed on the 7th floor). There is also a club across the street that play VERY loud music until 3-4am on weekends. The apartment smelled of mold / sewage due to backed up shower drain. Two minutes into your shower you find yourself standing in waste water. Once the water level went down, we covered the drain with a towel to minimize the odour but couldn't eliminate it no matter what we tried. The rooms really do need attention - dirty walls, broken baseboards, flimsy laminate flooring, peeling wallpaper, several light fixtures not working, etc...

Not responsive at all. I sent several messages and never got a response. Expedia websites says it has heating and it does not. The shower drain was clogging. Worn and stained towels. Good location.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Located in the best neighborhood of Mexico City, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—they kindly stored my luggage before check-in and made a late holiday check-in incredibly smooth and welcoming. The area is unbeatable, with amazing restaurants, 24/7 minimarkets, and everything you need just steps away. The room was comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the overall experience was outstanding. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The neighborhood is wonderful, and the apartments were nice. Front desk was helpful. Two problems: no AC (which was fine in March but wouldn't be in the summer) and the disco across the street that was extremely loud on the weekends. That plus the need for open windows because no AC made weekends difficult.

I will think twice before booking through Hotels.com again. My room was so loud, I complained to the desk within hours of check in. There was a nightclub or party next door. I tried to change my reservation in the Hotels.com app but it said contact the hotel. I gave the desk 2-days notice that I wanted to shorten my stay from 4-nights to 2-nights. The hotel desk and the in-app messaging to the hotel said I had to make the change via Hotels.com. Hotels.com said you have to do it through the hotel. Eventually I spoke with a hotels.com support agent who tried to contact the hotel but their published phone number wasn't working, The agent assured me that was unacceptable and Hotels.com would take care of it from there. I checked out and booked a room at another hotel for 2 nights. I just received an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel declined my request to shorten my stay and they would not refund my money for the 2 nights. Pretty sucky, right?

Our one-week family vacation with two small children at this property was a complete disaster. We experienced zero rest or comfort in the unit provided. The sweltering heat upon arrival was unbearable, and we were shocked to discover the complete absence of air conditioning within the individual units – only the lobby was cooled! Relying on inadequate fans and open windows on the sixth floor with young children felt unsafe and ineffective. The unit itself was disgustingly dirty, with pet hair coating surfaces and a thick layer of dust creating an unsanitary environment. Sleep was an absolute impossibility due to the deafening noise from a nightclub directly across the street. To make matters even worse, incessant and disruptive street repaving, with round-the-clock construction noise occurred during our stay. Our street-facing bedroom offered no soundproof whatsoever. The noise was so severe that we were forced to spend a night in a hotel just to get a few hours of decent sleep. We strongly advise against staying here if you value peace and quiet.

Everything was a bit worn out, loose fitting or out of joint. Ibn both bathrooms, the drainage in the washbasins hardly worked, that the flush handle was broken, so I had to call maitenance. The flimsy roll-up curtain made let in al the light and heat in the afternoon, making the living area unuseable. Only one out of four burners in the stove worked properly,

Le confort est limite, 1 serviette de bain pour tout le séjour, pas de grille-pain peu de rangement dans la salle de bain, l’évacuation de l’eau de la douche n’etait pas correcte, nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires que nous n’avons jamais eues. Chambre coté rue très bruyante.
