This is a hourly motel with some rooms they try to pass as 3 stars, no AC, no water , bad bed

No air conditioning, the room was unbearably hot. Told the guy at the front desk and he did not care. Something from our room was stolen. Told the guy at the front desk. He did not care. Feels like a seedy s*x motel

The hotel is simply OK, there are two glass doors, one for the bathroom and the other for the toilet, which the two doors hit each other and it is very risky, an accident can easily happen, the person who delivered the food to my room He charged me for the service when delivering the food and the receptionist had told me that they did not charge and the tip was optional, I would not recommend this hotel.

The service was horrible, they asking for the key room every time when we leave the hotel, I don’t know why? The toilet don’t work, we have to remove the lid to let the water gone! We want use the balcony but was lock so we can’t take a pictures of the city!

La puerta del baño no me gusto que sea de cristal transparente y que permite la salida de olores hacia la habitacion ya que queda una ranura en todo el rededor. Todo lo demas bien.

Personal atento y muy amable, más el de cocina solo que faltan las herramientas para mejorar, no hay servicio de restaurante o lugares cercanos para comer, en la habitación sin ruidos extraños solo de los carros, para llegar por emergencia está bien

Estimados viajeros: Espero tengan unos minutos para leer la reseña que viví en este hotel, ya que cometi el error de no leer las reseñas anteriores. 1.El hotel es para 2 tipos de servicios hotel y motel ,así que tengan cuidado que es lo escogen , por lo que este hotel tiene acceso para ambos servicios. 2.Si van a un viaje familiar o de pareja es una mala opción el hotel el baño de las habitaciones son de cristal y no existe nada de privacidad por lo que esto es de mal gusto. 3.El personal al menos los recepcionista no tienen la amabilidad de tratar con el cliente, ni dar soluciones a los problemas de los clientes. 4. Nos tocó ver atender unos clientes extranjeras a las cuales le estaban entregando una habitación en lugar de 3. 5.Dewpues de 3 días de estancia, pedimos el apoyo de custodiar nuestras maletas por unas horas para pasar por ellas posteriormente , sin embargo no tuvimos el apoyo inmediato y después de mucho insistir nos querían cobrar $ 750 por el servicio, por lo que nos opusimos y tuvimos que irnos con nuestro equipaje, por entendemos que no es una obligación del hotel hacerlo sin embargo al hasta el hotel más sencillo te ofrece el servicio de custodia de equipaje.
