Maintenance of the hotel in general and the room in particular was awfull, the elevator (only One) looked like a service elevator, the prices of the Restaurant ridiculous, so all in all the visit was a total disaster

Fiesta Americana Reforma
The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded ...

Barceló México Reforma
It’s always a pleasure to comeback to Barceló, everyone is very helpful, Fernanda was extremely helpful and nice. Erik, Yoselin, Miguel Angel and Luis (El Chino) always fun to talk too, Thank you once again for making our trip memorable, we will see back in September.
