CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR ON THE DOLOMITES

Two-room apartment for sale (80 sqm) In Residence Albare 'of Marilleva 1400. The Residence is located in the town of Mezzana in the province of Trento (Marilleva 1400). . My period of ownership is the weeks of: Christmas, New Year and Epiphany. The apartment consists of a two-roomed apartment with a double bed and a single sofa bed in the larger room where there is the dining area and a smaller room where three beds are located (six beds in total). There is a bathroom and the linen change is weekly. It also comes with a kitchen area with oven and fridge. Included in the apartment is a ski locker for the heated storage and carport storage. Direct access from the hotel to the lifts is provided.
The ski circuit is connected to that of Madonna di Campiglio.
We rent single weeks or shorter periods.
