This was our last stay on a road trip down to Miami. We stayed two nights. I booked an oceanfront room. Upon arriving, the front desk clerk (should have looked at his name), looked at me skeptically when I told him it was an oceanfront room (after telling me it was ocean view). He made me prove it by showing my Expedia booking. So when I proved it he mumbled and finished checking me in. I said “so do you have one available”. Mumbles and nods kind of a yes. So I go up to the room and it is not oceanfront. It is on side of building - with ocean view. Not feeling great as now I have to go down and complain. So I go down there and tell him that is not an oceanfront room. He says “sorry, I guess we overbooked”. Just felt so slimy that he had lied about having one and just sent me up there anyways, waiting to see if I complained. Made me not trust him and just started the stay off on the wrong foot. He then offered to comp me the resort fee and parking. So at least he did something, just felt so slimy the way he handled it. The room was decent, modern furnishings, clean. Windows were caked shut by paint etc. The lobby/hallways and pool area are pretty outdated. Pool area is ok. There is a little bar but we didn’t buy anything. Good access to beach right across the walking path. The main thing that was really bad about the stay itself was the banging of the doors! It was almost comical how loud it was. Maid staff and guests opening/closing doors. BANG! So loud!

Llegue a las 11:30 pm y solo queria descansar y Me dieron mi abitacion Y yo avia recerbado con balcon, la chica que estaba en recepcion le pregunte pero se enojono ,y mejor esper.hotro día para preguntar , al hotro dia hable con el sen̈or Hector y muy hamable trato de darme me con balcon pero no se pudo,pero.almenos fue chevere con nosotras tambien a la senora Esperancita muy buena ,nos la pasamos super bien todo serca ,la playa el trasporte ,todo fue padre .La picina muy limpia la verdad fue muy padre estar en este hotel Lexinton .si volveria a hospedarme ,la recamarera fue muy amable y nos lipiaba super bien gracias ,mis 4 dias fueron muy trankilos y seguros ,gracias y esperamos regresar pronto.Att marcy New york Llegue a las 11:30pm y supuesta mente tenia una avitacio con balcon y me dieron sin vista el.senor Hector trato de hayudar me ,gracias por tratar almar ,al hotro día senor teniqutener una avitacio

Location was excellent! Staff very nice. The room I booked with king bed was not available when I arrived but they were able too switch me over to the correct room the next day. I think that charging a resort fee that there should be more resort feel out in the pool area. Not sure why there was a resort fee

It was a very nice stay, Mario at the front desk was great!! Very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the hotel staff did a great job keeping everything nice and clean and always provided us with towels, soap and toilet paper without giving us a hard time or with attitude. My only complaint is the beds could be a queen size, but they are comfortable though. The hotel could use some updating as well. But if you are on a budget, this place is perfect.

This place is right on the beach! There is a short walk, less than a city block to the water! From check in to check out the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even one night when I was experiencing a terrible headache, a staff member helped me to get some medicine. I was very miserable, but he was great! I will choose to stay there any chance I get.

As soon as i got to the hotel i checked the covers and there was stains. I called downstairs no one answered had to go downstairs to let them know. 9/10 you go downstairs no one is standing at the desk you have to “excuse me, excuse me” until they come out. The parking lot have the dumbest system you have to call them from your cellphone for them to open the gate one of the times we had to call three times before they finally answered the phone. You better hope your phone doesn’t die or no one is chasing you, you’ll get caught. The hotel needs a deep cleaning they need to wipe the spots off the walls, crumbs off the computer chairs and mildew off the cracks of the tub before they let a customer stsy in it.

I just spent 5 days with my daughter for her 16th birthday at Lexington Hotel . What a beautiful place !!! 😍❤️🌴☀️. We were on the 8th floor with pool & ocean view. You should see my daughter’s face when we walked in :)) Stuff were treating us as family and we will truly miss them!!! Everyone was so kind and friendly . On entering the hotel you can see how tired and dated it is, however all areas are clean. Check in straight forward, we were not informed about the offer of free towels you are allowed for around the pool. Room is spacious and the view over looking the beach is fantastic. The toiletries are cheap the bed sinks in the middle. However the noise levels are the worst. Huge gaps under the door means you hear everything. Thin wall mean you hear everything. Old windows mean you hear everything outside.

Self parking was a joke you have to wait till the person behind desks wakes up to get in the gate. The two cabana bars beer taps did not work. The tvs outside didn’t work. No music outside. The inside bar the bartender had snatched money from my wife and said we didn’t pay. She chased us outside with an attitude and the hole staff was very rude. The fridge in our room did not work and ended up having to throw groceries and beverages away . The rooms door had cracks so big you could see people in the hallway. The staff would be so loud cleaning and talking on walkie talkies it would wake you up. Not once did management or anyone address issues and or make it a note to speak to us. Poor service out of the ten times in Miami this had to have ben the worst hotel stay from cleanliness to staff friendliness. Then to only have two night of hotel fees taken off for the 240 in food and beverages u had lost is a joke! As a guest or customer you should not have to address issues more then once or feel in the wrong by doing so. The bartender should be fired The staff should have ben made aware of sleeping on shifts and having paying customers wait 10 -15 minutes to get into lot.

We stayed here for three night, and on are first night we seen a roach on the wall. They said they would send someone up to check the room but couldn’t tell if someone did or not. There was trash under the beds and doesn’t look like any one vacuum ever but the staff was nice and polite and the manager gave me the money back for the resort fees. And the pool looks dirty we went to the beach that’s right behind the hotel I wouldn’t stay here again!!!

If you need a room for one night like we did, this works. Anything longer, I’d go somewhere else. Our room didn’t have any hooks, and no shelf in the shower (so you’re setting your stuff on the floor). What we did love was the proximity to the beach! The hotel pool was dirty and the bar was lacking our basic favorites, but the beach was great! That would be the only reason I would stay here again, but I would definitely look into other nearby hotels first!

The property needed updating. The rooms were dirty. The toilet flushed once and continued flushing for a hour before maintenance came to fix it. This hotel is not worth the price! We left after one night.

I would not recommend this hotel. Very outdated and rundown. The restaurant in the hotel had a dirty empty fish tank that smelled and caused us to walk out the minute we walked in. Also way over priced!
