The hotel overall is very good. You can tell it is aging with the guest rooms needing an update- but the rooms were clean. The buffet breakfast was very good as was the service. The hotel setting was very attractive on the lagoon. Free shuttle from the airport was a nice plus.

Mondrian South Beach
The only downfall with this hotel is a $200 per night security deposit. I feel like that’s a little steep for long stays. I’ve stayed in other Miami hotels none charge $200 per day! The money is refundable but that’s not the point.
