Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Great location and easy to get around town with free trolley. Rooms clean but outdated. No blankets provided (they forgot to replace them when cleaning). Housekeeping very hard to get ahold of. Clean pool and beach area.

The property overall was very clean and nicely decorated. Our rental was also very clean and the decor was nice and modern. The view was beautiful and the unit was spacious. They had a great beach restaurant with a great vibe. There aren’t many places to eat within walking distance, but if you are a fan of Uber eats and door dash you will be fine.

Much needed escape

I stayed here with my three kids ages 12, 14 16 they had a ball the bay, ocean front right at your front door it was amazing clean minor minor issues. I am picky and this was perfect for us, finally no issues with me crying and leaving a place.

It was such a nice place with a great view would definitely stay again. Walking distance to great restaurants and only a short drive to south beach. Only thing that would have been better is if there were more towels in the room . On our booking we put 5 adults and there were only4 towels in the room . Housekeeping leaves at 3p so we could not even get another towel and had to go buy one

Very underwhelming condo

Check in was good- staff was friendly. Room was very run down, not enough towels or bedding for 5 people. The carpet was trashed and stained. The pictures did not match the room we stayed in. Location was good- swimming pool and beach access was fantastic. Very limited food options within walking distance. Would not recommend or book this place again.

Beautiful location

Location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was lacking in bathroom towels and kitchen necessities. There were no paper towels, napkins or dish towels available. The kitchen was a full kitchen but no small appliances, and very little dishes. The bathroom had no hand towels or wash clothes.

I have stayind in VRBO and AirB&B properties before and this one was not well equipped. There was not even a wash cloth in the master bath. Because we only stayed for a short weekend, and because my guests were from Australia, we could not bring supplies or shop for them. There was no washer/dryer and living room furniture was sparse. The beds were comfortable and there was one TV. I will research more carefully next time.

Absolutely horrible

I am incredibly disappointed that VRBO is allowing this host to outright lie to customers.The carpet is soiled. There are stains on the linens, towels, and furniture and the place is outright disgusting. This was advertised as an oasis in paradise and it’s nothing short of disgusting. The lobby and pool areas are misleading because once you go upstairs, it’s like entering a dirty hostile.

To begin with, we were looking for an early check-in, which didn’t happen. After going to the room, we found the carpet was stained in both bedrooms, no TV and one bedroom, and no Chester drawer in the other bedroom. There was no washcloths stocked and didn’t receive any till a day later. There was only two chairs on the balcony. The condo was advertised for six people.

We arrived to check in around 2am and no one was there except security who gave us keys to the wrong room and then when we went up it didn’t look anything like any photos posted online the place was so filthy we left right away blood stains on couches, cockroaches, smelled bad etc. we contacted vrbo and the guy was so unhelpful and the owner never contacted us about the state of the condo/apartment/room and when we went to return the key the next day the lady lost our contract and didn’t care about anything we were saying she instead she got pissed off that we were mentioning anything to her and didn’t say anything.
