Located at the Castle Beach condo, walk to the beach from the building.

This is an exceptional Miami Beach Vacation Rental 2 bedrooms condo has over 950 square feet of living space 10 foot ceiling as you can see on the photos, professionally decorated interior the condo will sleep up to six people.
The beautiful living room has modern furnishings and a 50' plasma TV. Dining table for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.

The master Bedroom has a Master-size bed, a dresser, and a 32' plasma TV. From this bedroom you can access the fully bathroom. Next to the bedroom you have the second bedroom with 2 queen size bed and also a Flat screen TV. Free WIFI Internet is included. The condo is fully equipped with towels, linens, Iron, Hair Dryer and Washer & Dryer inside the condo.

The Castle beach is located on 5445 Collins Avenue 15 min from everything that south beach has to offer: Best Restaurants in town, Boutiques, Bars, Shopping and of course the Beach. From your building you have direct access to the beach.

Nice place for family vacation

The condo is located very close to pretty much everything that Miami Beach has to offer. The beach near the hotel is clean and beautiful. The condo itself was a good place to stay. The only negative point is the garbage chute located right next to the master bedroom which is very noisy (some people seem to be aiming for guiness record of decibels…) The place could gain from more isolation

Crazy place!! This room is directly next to the trash chute. So not far to go for your trash but you here the trash at all hours. The elevators are crazy. Ther is random carpet and random tile. The lobby looks way fancy. Free valet is awesome but slow. The pool is awesome and the beach is great!!

The location was perfect. The place was great for a family of four. The views were amazing. Grocery/restaurants/amenities were all relatively close. There was even an umbrella rental reasonably priced in the building.

Miami Trip

Absolutely love that the condo is inside a refurbished hotel. Everyone was very kind from valet, security and shops. The condo was very comfortable and I loved watching traffic and pedestrians on the street during rest times. We were able to easily explore Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. Definitely download the Miami NBC6 News weather app as Florida has unpredictable weather. Great trip and great spot!

Great Place to Stay

Great location in Miami. Close to South Beach. Pictures perfectly matched the listing. Olivier was very responsive and helpful during the process. Outside of the check in which gets busy with other rentals, this place was great.

Clean and convient.

The beach was awesome right outside the door. The Tiki Bar was everything. Check in wasn't so good. They couldn't find my contract. Parking was very convient. Will stay again.

Great clean place

Place is good BUT THAT GARBAGE shoot is terrible. All morning and night even when it’s suppose to be closed. Pool was closed. Very confusing to get to the room and get out. Also they have a bunch of different fees on top in their instructions of checking in and out.

Great location, nice place, but room is noisy due to trash compactor.

Great location, condo is nice would stay again except the condo is right next to the trash compactor which makes lots of loud noises in the morning, wakes you up. I wish there was a time of usage because 7am is to early!.

Family vacation

Had to kill roaches every day in the condo. Had infant with us which made me concerned about his safety with bugs crawling around. Pool was closed, but never notified of this. Bathroom and kitchen are very tight spaces.

Review of Recent VRBO Stay

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this VRBO property. The experience was far from pleasant due to several issues. First, one of the bedrooms lacked pillows entirely, so I had to purchase some myself. Additionally, the condo is located right next to the building’s trash chute, resulting in constant noise throughout the day and night, which was extremely disruptive. There were also no washcloths provided, forcing me to buy those as well. To top it off, only three trash bags were supplied for an 8-day stay, which was insufficient. Overall, this property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.

A beautiful appartment well located

I have just spent 7 days in Olivier Mancini's place located on Collins Avenue and I must say that the place was amazing (exactly as shown on the pictures). Everything was well functionning and the owner was always there to respond to any of our questions. Check-in and check out were hassle-free. The valet parking was very useful (Take into consideration that the waiting time can take some time) The pool area was great, the access to the beach very easy. I will highly recommend this appartment and might rent it again during my next trip to Miami. Cécile from Paris, France

Great for a girls trip!

Everything was great - the apartment was clean and practical. The building itself was a little bit interesting - it's essentially 5 hotels / condo rental companies in one, and the building isn't necessarily what I would call luxury. But everything in the condo itself is great! Two things to warn about: 1) the valet takes a really long time, at least on weekends, so think about that if you're planning to rent a car. 2) the trash chute next to the apartment is really loud, and the rooms are not shielded from noise in the living room, so if you want to sleep in really late this probably isn't the place for you. Thanks for a great time!
