Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The room was quite old. The top cooker never worked. The Cooker itself did not get up to any heat. Very limited cooking provisions Swimming pool has rust on the side. The tennis courts don’t look like they have been clean for months The price of a drink around the pool was extremely expensive even for Miami. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone

It's a beach front apartment so you want to go to the balcony, right? but the balcony has a sign that says "for your security, this balcony needs to be closed at all time". When I asked the front desk, they said I could use it. But then, part of the ceiling of the balcony fell off. I have pics of everything. They told me to call the manager to report this but nobody answers and the voicemail is full.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for 3 nights before we took our cruise. It is a great place to stay of traveling with friends or family. The only downside is there are no stores for groceries within walking distance

We had a 3-day stay in our apartment. The location was perfect, between the beach, shopping, nightlife and dining. Very easy access to all activities at a reasonable price and a beautiful view and location.

Beautiful place…Lots of space!

Place was clean and the view of the ocean was awesome! There was so much space and our family of four loved our stay there and would book again! The only suggestion I have is maybe have some paper towels or wash cloths/sponges in the kitchen to tidy up. I had to bring back extra napkins from a restaurant to wipe things down.

We didn’t have the apartment shown on the VRBO listing, but it was spacious & had a nice pool, Louie’s restaurant, access to beach & boardwalk. Uber & Uber eats were very accessible. Also, close to Fontainebleau which is worth checking out.

Thanksgiving in Miami

Loved this property. Having two bathrooms and two bedrooms was perfect for us. Clean and easy beach access. Beautiful ocean view. Staff was friendly and host was responsive. One thing to note when booking is that you may not get the exact unit pictured however the other unit still had the ocean view just not a corner unit. To be fair I don’t believe the host controls what unit you get on arrival and host did compensate us for this. Definitely recommend.

Family Trip

Beautiful oceanfront apartment just as advertised. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with stunning views of the ocean right from the living room/balcony. The apartment was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated with a modern vibe that instantly made me feel relaxed. You can easy move around with the free Miami Beach trolley service. We had a wonderful family time. We would definitely stay there again.

Bare Minimum with a Nice View

Front desk help must be replaced. They are bothered by guests and they make that clear.Apartment lacks any tools for cooking. Construction sounds like people are in your walls. Beach towels unavailable every day of the stay. There are plenty of places to stay that put a lot more energy into the guest experience. We will not return.

This property was dirty overall, smelled like mold, had stains on rugs and upholstered chairs, and is very outdated. The lobby is nice, but the apartment was in poor condition.
