Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Unprofessional

Beautiful home too bad I couldn’t experience it, the host was very unprofessional. He cancelled with 2 hours of check in, while I’m already on the way to Miami, with no explanation only that “to go book another listing”. Then had no regard that this was a family trip. I got no apology and had rebook somewhere else.
