F-302 - Beautiful view of pool and gardens! Walk to beach!

The Ocean Reserve at 19370 Collins Avenue in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, spreads out in the heart of the new Florida Riviera. Located a few steps across Collins Avenue from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops and night spots and a few miles from the Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Race Course and Casino, and South Beach. The resort allows guests to enjoy all of South Florida's outdoor fun including golf, deep sea fishing and entertainment. This vacation condo is a large 1500 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, dining and living areas. It is outfitted with linens, towels and all of the kitchen basics. The apartment overlooks the spectacular pool area and tennis courts against the backdrop of the Aventura skyline from the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV. separate vanity area, two walk in closets an en suite bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom has two full size beds, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The large living room is furnished with an entertainment center with a 55" flat screen TV, sofa, chaise lounge, and side chair . The large dining room table easily accommodates six. The balcony overlooks the pool, garden and tennis courts and has two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all new upgraded appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge. There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool. tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. There is access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches. This is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travelers.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Ocean Reserve condominium will be undergoing a building wide exterior concrete restoration program starting during the summer of 2025. There may be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with possible balcony closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

Free self parking is included for one car. The building charges a one time $51.00 administrative fee at time of check in to cover the cost of access fobs, wrist bands, etc. Valet parking fees apply for a second car.

Lovely 3 night stay before getting on a cruise ship. Apartment was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool area. The coffee shop and little convenience store on premises were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, great flat

This is a spacious flat in an amazing location. The beach of sunny isles is just across the road. The owners were friendly and very helpful, giving us lots of information in advance and keeping in touch throughout for further advice. We had a great stay.

Property was in a good location, was perfect for what we were looking for and although there were issues, property manager attempted to address issues, but was still not that big of a problem and did not make trip less enjoyable.

Excellent property, photos don’t do it justice it’s larger than it appears. Only issue was finding the parking but that might’ve just been me! Excellent location, balcony view, 5 min walk to beach, would definitely stay again.

Convenient to Restaurants, Beautiful Beaches

Our host Ben was awesome. Made the check in very easy and convenient. The property is very clean and close to great restaurants and the beach. The property was 30 minutes from the airport, Ft. Lauderdale. The personnel at the front desk at the property we’re very nice and helpful with directions when needed. The property had easy loading and unloading access for our luggage. Great place and would definitely use it again.

The apartment was very spacious and tidy. Location worked well, building was very secure. The unit worked well with a wheelchair, if user has someone that can assist w the bathroom. Parking to unit was not wheelchair accessible, but never advertised that way either. Just an FYI. It had all the basics needed for a beach vacation.

Overall a Great Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Sunny Isles. The proximity to the beach, size of the unit, and short drive to many attractions was perfect for our family of four. We also enjoyed the onsite pool and coffee shop. Having beach chairs and a cooler we could use was a nice touch. Be prepared for some noise overnight due to the expressway being just outside the unit and people returning to the parking garage blasting their speakers. We'd also recommend bringing your own pillows if you are picky about them. The fee at check in was about $10 more than listed and the parking spot was in a different spot than explained, but those were minor inconveniences. It was a great stay for the price and we'd consider staying in the condo if we come back to Sunny Isles in the future.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed everything about this condo, its location, communication, etc. We brought our teenage son and a friend to Rolling Loud Miami, so the boys' time in the condo was very limited, but my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Sunny Isles Beach. The condo was extremely clean, check-in was easy, the patio overlooking the pool was a lovely place to enjoy coffee/wine, and communication with the owners was excellent. The location right off the Lehman Causeway was convenient for drop off/pick up duty with the boys and visiting the upscale Aventura Mall. Two large bedrooms, two baths, large walk-in closets, TVs in every room, well-stocked kitchen, eating area were all great. This was not a 'beach' trip for us, so not being oceanfront wasn't important. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

A pessoa só chegou 3 dias depois (num total de 5 dias que eu ficaria) e tivemos que lavar louça por 3 dias. Teve 1 dia que ficamos a manha toda sem água, por questão de obra no condomínio.

The location and amenities are beautiful. The pool was one of our favorite events. There’s a park right next door that my kids loved. It is an easy walk to the beach. The communication with Ben and Mario and the property manager was very effective.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, good communication, and spacious condo. However we needed to buy coffee, some cooking oil, and spices for the stay because they weren’t provided. So, I would take away 0.5 star because of these minor inconveniences.
