Come to our lovely STUDIO condo in south beach! Right across from the ocean on ocean drive! It is a really great location in south beach-walk to restaurants, clubs and shopping.

Kitchen and bathroom - with room to sleep up to 3 on 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper futon. This bright studio faces a quiet side street, just off of busy ocean drive. -located right across from Lummus Park If you want to see what's happening this studio is in the heart of the action.

Wake up to the sun & sky of south beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely art deco building. We are at 530 ocean Dr. South Beach

Meet friends in our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator to your condo.

First trip to south Miami Beach

This was a perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Miami. The location was the best, very nice area, with plenty to do and see. No driving around necessary to have lots of adventures. Owner and property manager just terrific. Very much enjoyed the trip.

THE LOCATION

Loved being so close to the beach and there’s everything you need in walking distance. The only thing we had to uber for was to get to UMF! And it was a party outside but not as hectic as downtown so the location was just top tier!

Great location

The location is perfect! Beach right across the street. Helena is great. However, The condo needs a little TLC can’t see out the windows and it needs a fresh coat of Paint. Fine for a short stay.

Best Service! Answers to questions within minutes, very detailed and fact based information, all was exactly as offered - very little the apartment is old, yet price fits more than perfect to the overall performance. Although street can be loud on weekends- room is good and quiet. Security at lounge very kind and open as well as local manager and remote manager

Location, location, location

There is no view in the room, but being right across from the beach made up for it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I asked Helena for a beach chair and she let me use one. No complaints except maybe there could have been more hangers. Make sure you ask for anything you need. Helena will deliver.

GREAT location across the street from the park and the beach. Unit very clean and nicely furnished. Helena very helpful as always with any onsite requests. Early check-in and late check-out options very convenient. It was my third stay at Barbizon condo building and I will definitely consider booking there again. The rates are very reasonable and it is a relatively quiet location on the strip compared to some other, very noisy places a few blocks up north on Ocean Drive.

Can’t beat the location

If you’re going to South Beach you can’t beat this location. Right at 6th and Ocean. Note that if you’re coming from outside the USA you’ll want to make sure you have some US cash if you get there after 8pm to pay the 20 late check-in fee.The Facilities are good. How to use the shower is labeled in the shower. The bed is comfortable and it has good pillows. Bring your own toilet paper; they must have had a problem with people stealing it in the past because there’s no extra in the flat. The AC works very well also. To get into the building you’ll have to run the gauntlet of the restaurant downstairs every time, but they give BOGO on drinks if you’re staying there so no complaints. The hallway to the unit smells like a lifetime of steamed shrimp and microwaved beef, but you can handle that.

The vrbo is located on the corner of a busy lighted street and the window covering doesn’t darken the room at night. Also there is constant human and automobile noise every night until 3 and this wasn’t even spring break season. Vrbo had very modest kitchen equipment.(not even a toaster.). 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Could at least provide one roll to use until a trip to the store could be made. Bed covers were very cheap and did little. Cleaning was average at best with lots of hair throughout the bathroom On the positive side pricing was competitive and proximity to the beach was perfect.

Short getaway

The property manager Helena was a gem! She really helped to make our stay more pleasant. The location was fantastic and right across the street from the beach/ocean. The inside of apartment was a little tacky. The chest/dresser was about to fall apart. There was no where to put our suitcase, so we had to use the only sofa (futon) to sit on for our luggage. There was a dining room table, so that was nice. Overall, we picked this apartment for the location. Don’t know if we’d stay again only due to ascetics. But the price and location were worth it.

Nice location!

Building is older, beautiful architecture. We took a quick vacation. Quick walk across the street to beautiful South Beach. Room is nice, could use upgrades but sufficient. Bed is very hard, we left a night early because my back was killing me. Helena is awesome, overall we enjoyed our stay!
